Nous avons séjourné quatre nuits au Palais Riad nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil, la gentillesse et les conseils de l'ensemble du personnel, Nous avions opté pour la suite la sultane donnant directement dans le patio jardin dans lequel le petit-déjeuner personnalisé était servi avec pour musique le chant matinal des oiseaux ... Le Riad est très bien situé dans la médina à 5 minutes de la place de jemaa el fna, le calme et la grande piscine ont été très appréciés après les journées de visite! Ce fut une première pour nous en riad, nous avons adoré ..nous reviendrons!

Absolutely loved this property. The location was excellent. You can easily go through the winding streets full of street shopping and to the square with all open air restaurants, shopping carts, etc. There is no direct access to the property by car so its a little tricky when you arrive to check-in and out for the bags. However, they will happily provide a porter who will carry your bags till the pick-up point. This is very normal if you wish to stay in a Riad and probably the best way to stay to get this experience. They have only 6 Rooms and we had taken African and Ryad. It felt like we had the entire Riad to ourselves. The rooms itself are clean but compact. This is Riad living where the doors are small, from time to time funky smell in the bathroom but the bathrooms functioned well. Continuous hot water. Sometimes that itself is hard to get. You have to look past the smaller things and just enjoy the experience of staying in a Riad. The breakfast choices are limited but like i said this is Riad living. The staff is so helpful and friendly. We just had an amazing experience. Would highly recommend them.

I would recommend the property to add a few small things to improve the experience of the guests. 1. Perhaps a coffee machine or even hot water kettle 2. Soft pillows too. Not everyone prefers hard pillows so you can give the guests their own choice Minor points only to improve the experience not to deter by anyone by any means.

Beautiful historic property in the heart of the Marrakech Medina.

Other than limited availability due to its size, there is not much that I didn’t like about the property.

Amazing place! The garden, the pool, the chic music, the design, the views, the atmosphere and the energy are just some of the things that come to mind when describing how wonderful this place was! Kudos to all the team!!! Would recommend undoubtedly!

Staff are very friendly. This is a lovely Riad with a clearly marked entryway. There is a beautiful garden in the middle where patrons can dine in. Room we stayed in is full of character and beautifully decorated. We were at b'fast and we had a very lovely couscous bread. The staff saw us really enjoying it and brought out even more. Very attentive staff and would love to go back!

The shower didn't drain properly and flooded quite quickly when you shower.

This place was beyond our expectations. The staff was always helpful, our room (La Pacha) was just perfect couples retreat with its own balcony for afternoon sun bathing but of course, the highlight of Lamrani is the extraordinary garden for the perfect romantic dinner. Plus, you are right in thr middle of all the hustle, while you can easily sleep with windows open in total silence. We are so so happy we were able to stay here!

Pool was not heated but that's just a minor issue

Everything, the staff, especially Mohammed were fantastic, lots of help, information and guidance. The rooms and terraces, fantastic, food, drink, wonderful.

The only thing we would have liked was a hammam but they were waiting on a part. However just 50 metres away they recommendeda wonderful hammam and massages riad Elisa.
