Bad in the kitchen.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and homy, and close proximity to the beach (900 metres away).

Uphill location, but wasn't much of a bother.

the host gave us some dishes with local prepared food (pie, cake) during Easter. the outside of the house looks very artistic with the mosaic. great forest walking area nearby (can be reached by foot) - see the images of the ad. good wifi. reachable by car and residence has a private gated parking lot.

unhandy wired small water cooker (though at least there is a water cooker). missing some basic kitchen utensils that would make preparing diner at the apartment more easy. the walls are not fully sound-proof.

Well what can I say, apart from FANTASTIC. We arrived on boxing day 2018, was greeted by the host's in a very friendly comfortable manner who explained everything and what we could do in the area. We had a nice package of Italian festive sweet cakes neatly packaged for our arrival and the accommodation could not be better, spotlessly clean and finished in a truly authentic Italian style, with comfortable beds. When planning our journey through Italy we chose this property because it looked Italian in a beautiful area and believe you me the hosts and area did not disappoint with a fantastic view over the sea from the balcony. Antonietta did not take long to respond to questions prior to booking, great service. Antonietta, family and son Stefano manage the accommodation exceptionally well, which is a short drive to a beautiful small beach, walks up the mountain if desired, a scenic port and another exceptional sandy beach in Agropoli with restaurants, shops etc along the palm tree promenade. Shopping for food and other things of your choice are also close by car, the old town and whole area is a pleasure to go out in and enjoy yourself. The property comes with private parking in a courtyard with beautiful mosaics that Antonietta designed and installed, also other lovely touches inside the accommodation which gives it that homely, Italian feel. Whilst we were staying, because it was the festive season Antonietta and family invited us to meet their friends visiting from various parts of Italy, we took them up on the offer and had a most memorable, enjoyable experience in the company of everyone, learning and participating in an Italian card game which Antonietta's husband Luigi hosted, after which we enjoyed some traditional food and wine, followed by a good sing song with everyone there, what a blast we had enjoying this truly Italian evening. I can not express our gratitude enough for the families hospitality and for making our stay so great.
