No response from host when we were struggling to find the location and keys. Took us an hour to get into property. Finally found the key and got into the building but then couldn’t get into our apartment. All three of us tried many many times and the key wouldn’t open the door. We went out and came back and the key worked straight away - it seemed as though somebody had been staying in our room - there was a bag of essential cooking items etc. in the fridge, the shower and sink were wet as if they’d just been used before we went in and the room smelled of vinegar. There were hairs everywhere and the place was unclean. Definitely won’t be going back.

Great location and comfortable appartment !. The chek-in and check out process were very easy. I received on time all relevant informations about check-in process and I easily got the keys. The damage deposit of 200 EUR were refunded to my credit card without any problem. The elevator was very usefull to carry the luggages. The housekeepers were very friendly and helpfull

There was no cupboard to hang my jackets and dresses. The stove was dirty, the freezer door was broken and the pans were very old. Kitchen materials were not enough: no coffee machine no corkscrew . Toiletries were not available at the appartment although it was written at their booking page. I had to buy them.

Room was basic but clean with everything we needed. The building is shabby and the building is on a busy underpass road. Once inside the apartment is fine. The location is great - cross the road and you are in the streets of the old town. We would say 10/10 for location to amenities.

Outside of the building was shabby as was the entrance to the building.
