Big, Clean, modern, good View

Nice Villa, nice sauna, nice place
It was not season, so many bars & restaurants were closed, also no staff was there, pool was not cleaned and we had no cleaning stuff, i woulndt come again in october, in summer i think its better

The villa is big, comfortable, with very good indoor and outdoor spaces. It has a fantastic view and is within walking distance of the city centre. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
The kitchen utensils would need a refresh.

We like the view and the pool. Well equipped kitchen. Rooms were clean.
On the day our departure the owner was rude and aggressive because we’ve overstayed for 40 minutes waiting for him to discuss the issues described below. We remained civil, the man felt it was appropriate to shout at us while holding his child on his arm. I have never encountered such unpleasant situation during all my years traveling. The issues include:
Choosing the Villas on Booking.com is confusing and you never know which exact villa you book.
The air conditioner didn't work a whole day and night and it was horrible.
The Pool-light wasn't working, missing tv remotes and batteries.
No Wifi in the lower rooms.
Most Rooms don't have electricity socket next to the beds which is very problematic if you want to charge your phone near the bed.
The host doesn't speak English at all which makes a lot of problems with communication.
The Last night was very windy and the umbrella fell down because of wind. First, the owner confirmed that everything is fine with the umbrella, but next day he claimed that we broke it and he wanted to charge us 200€.

Very nice place. Modern and stylish. Great pool and grill outside. House is on top of the hill and drive is trough steep and narrow streets
Beds could been better - seems like cheapest softest mattress from IKEA.

The sea views were amazing and the villa was spacious and modern. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was clean. Lots of seating which is great as villa can take up to ten people. The owner allowed us an extra guest to stay for a few days without extra charge.
The villa wasn't cleaned at all during our 10 day stay! Our towels were changed once only. The pool was a triangular shape and small for the size of the villa and the plastic fences around it were not what I would expect for a luxury villa.
Be warned this villa would not be suitable for anyone with problems walking up very steep hills, you would need a car and be a confident driver as roads are steep and narrow.
The town is very touristy not in a good way. Restaurants in the main town are not of a good quality. The beaches are stony and very, very crowded! Avoid!
We found only two decent restaurants Rubin and Dida nearby.

The place was huge!! Pitty it wasn’t warm enough to have a dip in the pool! The property was new, clean and host and owner we very hospitable !! Thank you for such a beautiful experience. We will Come back again!!
It wasn’t a dislike, but no soap holders in the shower .
