Leckeres Frühstück vom Buffet, Kaffee soviel wie man möchte. Fand ich mal super großzügig.
Sehr leckeres Buffet am Abend. Richtig gute Hausmannskost und leckeres Fleisch. Tolles Salatbuffet. Riesen Parkplatz, zentrale Lage, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich war sehr zufrieden.
Etwas mehr Licht im Ziimmer vielleicht.

The breakfast was pretty basic. Lots of choice but poor quality. Hard, dry bread rolls that clearly didn't come from the nearby bakery. The meat was all pre-packed value stuff.
The staff was very helpful but I couldn't understand some of them.
The location was perfect for my needs.
I booked a room with a double bed and was given a very basic room with two single beds. My room was dusty and the shower was worked off a little water heater. I was advised to stopped the water flow whilst applying shampoo so that I didn't run out of hot water. Not ideal and I did have to wash my hair one evening with cold water which was a bit of a shame.

Sehr freundliches Personal, bei Ankunft wurde sofort ein kostenloses Getränk angeboten und der Kaffee ist Morgens auch kostenlos!
Mein Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, man hat sowohl Abends über einem Leute laufen und reden hören und auch Morgens war es sehr laut. Ich brauche da keinen Wecker...

Goed ontbijt en avondeten is goed geregeld. Zeer schappelijke prijzen. De buitenruimte (biergarten) is ruim met lange tafels. Binnen gezellige bar (binnen) Ruim restaurant. Het is een motorhotel toegerust voor groepen. De vriendelijke eigenaar biedt routes, reizen en cursussen aan. Wij waren op doorreis (doordeweekse dag) en hadden wat meer motorrijders verwacht. Dat bleek niet het geval. Die zijn er meestal van donderdag t/m zondag.
Welkomstdrankje bij binnenkomst. De locatie ligt aan doorgaande weg. Daar hebben wij niets van gehoord.
Parkeren is op een groot, open terrein naast het hotel. Niet overdekt of afgesloten.

The room was spotless. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The owners and staff are hard working, very friendly, and altogether helpful. We had a welcome drink upon arrival and free coffee the next morning. If you happen to enjoy motorcycles, this is a great spot for you! Plus the place and the area are quiet!
No elevator, but the stairs are not too bad. The room is very adequate but pretty spartan and small. For one or two nights without breaking the bank, it's good.

Loved the customer service because it’s rare to get that in Germany. They were very welcoming and friendly. Whatever me or my family needed, the staff went above and beyond to get what we needed.

We did not stay for breakfast but dinner buffet was not expensive and actually really good. Employees were friendly
Having a10 month we wanted to rest they kept waking us up due to heater problems then we actually got moved to another room and had to pack everything for that

It was close to Ramstein Air Base. The staff were all very friendly. They give each guest a free drink at check in and they have free coffee in the morning.

Never had the chance to have breakfast there- Bar was really neat, great beer too! Would have like to see an Octoberfest in the courtyard in the evening, we must have missed it! Our English/Australian speaking lady at reception was great! If we're in the area again, we'll be back!
Breakfast should be an hour longer. Twin beds should have been hooked together. We thought Double beds meant one double sized bed, not two twin beds. Staff should take a walk around rooms at night to monitor people in hallways and entrances

I loved getting a free drink on arrival. Loved the size of the room & my comfy bed. It was also very clean. Also loved the adorable courtyard & restaurant.

The food is very good. The location is just out side the main city kaiserslautern.

We didn't have time for the breakfast, but we enjoyed the room and the staff were super nice and helpful. I was able to communicate in the little German I had, but they also speak English. The vibe of the inner courtyard was fantastic, only sorry we couldn't stay longer.
The windows only full opened and didn't pivot. Since it's summer, we ended up propping the windows open slightly.
