Schwierige Anfahrt (steil, lang, sehr schmal) von der Hauptstraße im Tal zum Haus . Bei schneebedeckter Straße vermutlich nur mit Ketten sicher zu schaffen.

Self catering unit with more space than we expected. A lovely balcony overlooking the valley an views of the town. Kitchen with everything we needed. Caution, if you are not able to hike and do not have own transport, then you should not book this hillside stay.

That I could not have this as my home.

Nice sized apartment with plenty of room for everyone. Nice kitchen that had everything that we needed. You are close to town for shopping or dining out. Great views on the hill overlooking valley. Covered parking. Great friendly host.

Nothing really not to like, the apartment met all our needs for our trip.

Very spacious apartment with big balcony, would be a great asset in warmer months. The views are fantastic and its in a peaceful location. Big bedroom with comfy bed. Large lounge and bathroom. Kitchen well equipped with lots of crockery and cups so two people can gradually fill up the dishwasher. The undercover parking is a great touch and useful to keep snow and ice off your car. Nice walks nearby and directly from the road the apartment sits on. Its only a 10 minute walk to Neustift. Skiing at Schlick is only a few miles away, the Stubai about 25 mins by car. Friendly owner leaves you to it.

The kitchen is a bit small for cooking with little worktop space. 2 of the saucepan lids didn’t fit the pans but only a small criticism. The road to access is narrow with a few passing spaces - probably kept well gritted/salted in the snowy conditions as neighbour owns a gritter vehicle
