Location is good, apartment is spacious. Street parking with a lot of space to park. Supermarket in walking distance. Welcoming gift from the host was very nice to have after a long trip.

Smell in one of the bathrooms (was not possible to get rid of with cleaning products), kitchen was equipped in a very modest way where after 2 meals for 3 people you would run out of forks or knives. It was quite cold and no warm quilts offered, though with a heater we managed to find a solution at least for a child.

The areas of the house, the cleaning was perfect, the views were pleasant. The building was quite well isolated and not noisy. The communication with Carolina was impeccable!

Bright spacious place (especially living room) , all new furniture and kitchen, good closets, 2 bathrooms, all in flat well and too like!!! Very good placement, good safe place to walk even at night, good placement to go by bus to town, market etc (cost 50 cent/person!). Good vicinity of supermarket etc. Thanks a lot owners!

The property management team were welcoming and very helpful in providing information on queries way beyond just the accommodation. Apartment itself is lovely, clean and spacious. The balconies provide lots of outdoor space too. Also in a peaceful location with access to town centre and highway

Everything was perfect, the appartement is very well located, super clean and functional. More than this, we locked the door by our mistake, Carolina arrived within 10 mins and had fixed the problem with another friend during a Sunday without any extra costs. To be recommande without any hesitation!

The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, modern, clean etc. Carolina is super helpful and friendly. The check-in went smoothly and when we had a small problem with the fridge, she helped immediately and the issue was resolved in the same day. The location is a bit out of town, but with a car, there is plenty of parking space nearby and the bus stop for the PDL minibus that goes into the center every 10-15 min is also only a 5-min walk away. A supermarket is also next to the bus stop, so its is very convenient to get groceries at the end of the day (open until 22, with fresh bread throughout the day). Would definitely recommend it and would stay there if Im ever in Ponta Delgada again.

Great location near a super market and and few fast food joints. Petrol pump nearby. Good Central location near the major roads

The fridge needed the door to open the opposite way as it was against a wall making it awkward to get food.
