Very cozy place good for a couple and very close to the metro station

Everything was perfect

The apartment is really small.

Property is clean and good location, accessible to everything.

Elevator is tiny

Great location, less than 5' from metro 4. You are in city center in 20'. Calm and safe neighborhood.

The bed was really uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well.

Place is located in the suburb of Paris but next to metro 8and this is still 1-zone) which brings you to Notre-Damm in 11 minutes. Close to the place you can find bakeries and cafes. Bed, although it was sofa-bed was pretty comfortable. I would say I didn't expect it from the sofa ) Kitchen has all you need to cook. Well, don't expect 200 dishes and pans, but needed minimum it has. Has small coffee machine, even with coffee capsules. Additional towels and blankets, iron. Has elevator, but super tiny, not for people who have super huge luggage

As far as the apartment is super tiny it had 2 disadvantages. First. it has only fan (although quite powerful), so during hot days you have or to keep window open all the time, or to be without air. Open window leads to another minus. Traffic. Since 5am to midnight. Dunno why, but every single morning I heard not only cars but trucks since early morning. Second is humidity smell in the bathroom. Seems that it doesn't have any ventilation system or it just not enough, but we kept doors open all the time.

The host had clearly put in effort to make the room homely. We were please to have all the utilities we needed.
