We love the Hampton Inn. It isn’t our first time here and definitely not our last.

This was our third stay there. that alone says all. :)

The room was AWESOME 👌🏾 all the women staff were great!
In sequential order
Our refrigerator was subpar.it did the job, but could have been colder we had it all the way up! Called front desk about it no one ever came.
The breakfast was good, but not what I expected 😕. The staff serving were diligent and kind!
Lastly and most important! One staff member was not nice...not kind and treated me as if I didn't exsist. He looked me in the face and said NOTHING! His name was Justin he's was talking with a lady who worked there with a hat on.
I'm in customer service, and the customers are the most important. He didn't make me feel that way 😔

The business center was too loud. No door to it so we kept hearing the door slam that the staff was using.

Clean ,the staff was super friendly ,the breakfast was good, we enjoyed our stay,more than adequate handicapped parking for a change. Coffee or hot tea most of the time in the lobby and cookies
The closet was to small ,the iron needs to be moved it made it hard to hang clothes up ,hard to open the fridge side ,change the direction of one of the doors so that both open the same direction ,the outer pulls were hard for my arthritic fingers to open ,

I liked the bagel topper breakfast. The cookies were delicious! The oatmeal raisin were my favorite. Wish there were more! I was surprised how nice and clean it was being I was allowed to bring my dog. Usually pet friendly hotels are not nice at all.
The omelets at breakfast were dry and didn’t have enough cheese. I would have also liked more variety with the bagels and cream cheese flavors.

Someone above us was playing with their dog throwing a toy and making a lot of noise. It was 9:30 p.m.

The location was very convenient for a quick trip to the store and restaurants also, and the closeness to the beach was great.
The washer dryers were not on every floor, nor the vending, it wasn’t a issue tho. other than that we really have no complaints.

The staff was friendly! Breakfast had many options and was clean. The breakfast area had plenty of seating. The inside and outside was clean and neat. I have no complaints. Great stay and worth what we paid!
I’m sure it was due to short staff. We had stayed 5 days and with a toddler and coming from the beach, our room had no cleanings done. We could’ve requested but I didn’t want to be charged. Every other day, even every 2 days would’ve been fine.

The staff was wonderful- very helpful, friendly, always asking if we needed anything - they all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
The only thing that could make it better is for it to be located closer to the beach.
