The hotel is great but the location is not close to the city center. You need to use metro or tram to get there. Breakfast was lovely. The room is good, doesn't have a minibar(fridge) though. Complimentary water was provided.

The location is not close to the city center. Also we were there during the Christmas market days and the price of stay was double the usual.

Super nettes personal, sehr sauber und super Frühstück

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, sehr große Auswahl. Das Hotel ist zentral, aber ruhig gelegen, wir sind mit der U-Bahn gefahren, zwei Stationen in der Nähe.

Das Frühstück war gut es gab eine ausreichende Auswahl u d auch zu späterer Zeit wurde nich entsprechend aufgefüllt, sodass man auf nichts verzichten musste.

Es gab keine Stecker für USB, nur normale alte Steckdosen. Hatten dadurch für 4 Geräte nur 1 Möglichkeit zum Aufladen. Zimmer sollten bei einem Preis von 137€ ohne Frühstück definitiv auf einem andern Standard sein. Am 2. Abend im Zimmer eintrafen hat es sehr unangenehm aus den Abfluss gestunken. Da wir sehr müde waren, und unser Kind bereits schlafend im Hotel ankam, haben wir uns nur mit Handtüchern auf den Abfluss beholfen.

The female receptionist at check in was absolutely wonderful, and particularly helpful in solving our various transport questions. Unbenownst to us, we had picked the busiest weekend of the summer (CSD Parade) to stay and the inner city was closed down. The male receptionist was also fantastic, helping our friends with a suitcase issue later in the evening. The restaurant staff were just as friendly and efficient. GREAT staff!!!! Our Standard Room was spacious, with a big window to the floor, providing us with lots of natural light. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom ticked all the boxes as well.

The hotel car park was unfortunately full when we arrived so we had to find parking on the street, which was not too easy.
