This is a hotel I know and like and always use when working in Brno. The rooms are nice, clean, the bathrooms perfect, beds comfortable and you are in the very city center. The bonus is the check-out at 12:00 and one of the best breakfasts I've experienced included in the price of the room. I strongly recommend the hotel.

This is really minor but it's good to be prepared. The spaces for cars in the garage are extremely narrow, so an inexperienced driver would not be able to park when the garage is full (especially if your car is bigger than a Mini).

This was my second stay. The first time the bed was perfectly fine. But this second time I got a bed with an extremely hard and uncomfortable matress. I stayed two nights but still have back pain from it four days after.

The location was absolutely perfect. Close to the dormitory where my younger sister was staying, close to an albert (supermarket) and also close to the actual city. The bed was nice and soft, great pillow and blanket. I slept really well. The toilet and shower are separate, so that was also rather convenient. And the breakfast was delicious.

The exhaust fan will automatically turn on whenever you turn on the light of the shower area or the light of the toilet. If I'm just going to brush my teeth, I don't need the exhaust fan to be on.

sub-par breakfast not worth the price at all -> all the buffet tables very close to each other, very weak diluted coffee that tastes like warm water with a drop of coffee, diluted juice, no scrambled eggs, pancakes were not there during both days of our stay etc.; wouldn't choose it again
