Unglaublich freundliches Personal, wir wurden herzlichst von netten Damen empfangen. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze, auch draußen, zu einem kleinen Preis. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön, und es war nicht hellhörig, was wir großartig fanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eines der besten, die wir je gesehen haben. Etwas Vergleichbares gibt es nur in Dubai. Alles war super lecker, und es lohnt sich wirklich aufzustehen, auch wenn man gern lange schläft. Im fünften Stock befindet sich der Pool mit einer tollen Aussicht. Der Chefkoch Giuseppe ist einfach ein ultracooler Typ, sehr sympathisch, und man merkt, dass er seine Arbeit liebt. Was wir auch großartig fanden, war der angenehme Duft im gesamten Hotel. Kurz gesagt, wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Das Einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Spa- und Fitnessbereich. Das ist jedoch Geschmackssache.

Personnel at the reception desk, too many people but with no useful help. Moreover, hotel has no policy for missing things that disappeared during the room cleaning, they just apologize and nothing happened afterwards, so you leave the hotel with missing things. Wallet parking has great service.

Breakfast was world class, staff ALL super friendly, helpful, and professional. Asked if I could play the piano, yes. Asked if we could go to breakfast early, yes. Asked if we could use the spa in the closed hour, yes. Nothing too much trouble - treat like kings. Thank you to all the staff, wonderful experience.

My wife had a drink knocked in her lap by accident by the waiter, and we weren’t offered discount on the bill or anything as a gesture. (They did bring a new drink to be fair). When I asked the hotel paid for the clothes cleaning, and it was no trouble at all. But it would have been nice if we’d been offered a free dessert or discount, any little gesture really.

Food was great, dining room beautiful, dining room staff fabulous, pool area very nice and staff was delightful. Room was lovely and housekeeping did a great job

Nothing, our visit was perfect

This was a true 5 star experience. We stayed for our honeymoon and felt so special throughout the stay. The facilities, the service, the staff (who know you by name and know your drinks order after a day!), the food were all 5 star. Amazing!
