Breakfast was ok. Room was spacious and had nice big windows. Gym was made available to me outside of opening hours.

Room was pretty dirty. Bathroom not well cleaned. Had a housekeeper enter my room in the morning without even knocking. unfortunately this has happened to me MANY times in Morocco. Breakfast was ok except some very questionable items, such as hard boiled eggs that were off, cheese that was moldy. Had to ask for proper Moroccan tea. Discovered some very strange and dirty places in the hotel without meaning to. Will not stay here again.

Room were pretty outdated and dirty. No air-conditioning in the room could sleep for 2 nights. Staff does not resolve your issues instead just keep giving you 10 minutes timeline and ner show up if show up just lie everthing working fine. Breakfast buffet was bad nothing good other then coffee.

It's in a handy spot not far from the port train station The main receptionist was as helpful as he could be, but his English wasn't great so it was a little tricky communicating Nice big comfy bed

For a 4 star hotel I was disappointed, it's very dated and lacking in substance. I was really hoping it would be a lot nicer. Compared to a holiday inn or similar it's pretty naff Breakfast was mostly stale, the boiled eggs had broken shells, and all together it was pretty poor compared to what we'd had in much cheaper places.

The staff were very friendly and nice but the hotel was little dirty and towels were very old and dirty .I expected the hotel to be more clean .I did not sleep very well the guests above us were making a lot of noises . The location was ok .

Room quite comfortable. Great bed, cool marble floor. Terrific wifi. Food very good, especially dinner meal. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Best balance of friendly but not familiar. Many women on the staff, which I like to see. Location couldn't be better if you plan to take the CTM bus. As a female solo traveler I felt safe and cared for.

Water in the shower took a little while to heat up. But it did warm up. Spa was closed until my last night.

The cleaning team did a great job! The reception staff were so nice and welcoming. Loved the service and the comfort of the room. Checkin and checkout were fast and smooth! Big up to the team!

Water pressure was low in the morning 😒
