Very nice hotel with apartments and pool on the roof.

Spacious (were upgraded), good air conditioning, huge balcony, well equipped (missing dishwasher), free parking, proximity to the town and beach (~400m), great natural beaches a few kilometers away. Pool area was very clean and lots of plants around.

The shower area needs to be redesigned/refurbished to meed today's standards. In general the interior facilities need a bit of investment to make the place look fresh again.

would be good to have kettle, wine glasses. during 10 nights of stay were no changes of bed linen, would be great to provide a replacement

nice apartments, which are located very conveniently! next to a very good grocery store, good area with good free parking! walk to the sea 7 minutes! everything is close and convenient! big apartment with very nice balcony!

poor soundproofing, very weak microwave, you have to wait a couple of minutes after each person so that she rests, cools down! Do not cook pizza in it! no kettle, no spatula for flipping scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs!

Location was very good, walking distance to the beach and city centre. Supermarket right next door. Rooms were spacious and a/c In all rooms. Pool area is nice (be prepared for lots of rules but still it is a big bonus to have a pool area).

It wasnt clear at what time we receive the rooms but after few hours we got the rooms and everything else went fine. The rules at the pool are a bit too strickt (No snacks allowed and must wear a swimcap) but once you get used to the rules its fine 😊

Accommodation was overpriced. Uncomfortable folding bed. Poor kitchen facilities. The microwave didn't plug into a drawer. Ground floor room did not provide enough privacy. Lighting poor - room was gloomy. Request for additional toilet paper was denied. I was sent to the store. Absolutely ridiculous considering the price of the accommodation.

The property should have 2 listings on the website. The current listing mentions having 2 swimming pools and gives pictures of the 2 that are on site (one rooftop pool and one on the ground floor) but you can only access one of these and this depends on which apartment block you’re staying in - which is a bit misleading. Also, there are some odd rules that make things less easy than they could be - the swimming pools close from 1-3pm (not sure why) and you have to wear swimming hats in the pool ( which they sell on site). A few small changes could make stays here much better.

Good location, few minutes walking from a big grocery store. About 10 minutes walking from the beach. Decent availability of pans and pots. Good sized balcony with table and 2 chairs. Free parking onsite although there were not many spots available.

The apartment had not been cleaned appropriately, and certainly not at the standards they pride themselves of. There were pubic hairs and hair in the bathroom, hair and sand on the bedroom floor. I complained the first time and they allegedly sent someone to clean as we were out doing grocery shopping. When we returned, the floor was still dirty and in 2 minutes we scooped up lots of hair and sand. I had to complain again and they sent a very unpleasant and petulant cleaner who tried to make me look like an idiot. Thank goodness I took pictures! She then started to violently push the vacuum cleaner against furniture and walls with a very annoyed attitude. She said that "it's normal to find a bit of dust". We hadn't been to the beach as yet and there was sand, not dust. Eventually she confirmed that the floor had not been vacuum cleaned as they did not have a vacuum cleaner available. It was simply unacceptable to pay so much for a place I basically had to clean myself. They requested payment in advance and obviously refused to provide any kind of refund nor good will gesture. Extremely disappointing. The mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a double bed but instead there were two single mattresses on a double bed base. The mattress protector had no angles, therefore the 2 beds split apart over night creating a big hole in the middle. They ask guests to clean the hob before they leave which makes me wonder, once again, what kind of cleaning they actually do. The automated message re: pools usage and covid measures that they sent out multiple times prior to our arrival is completely outdated. There is a broom available, but no scoop which makes it useless. One of the kitchen tools was burned/melted and should have been replaced.

San Vincenzo is a great place with kilometers of sand beaches with very clear water. Appartments are close to the coast. Helpful personnel, parking for free, pool on the rooftop.

We missed some basic equipment like corkscrew or kettle.

The apartment was pristine! lovely linen pillows and comfortable bed. Access to the beach a 10 min walk all on the flat no uphill so very easy. Main shopping street with restaurants a 15-20 min walk. Nice and quiet but so close to everything you need.

Spacious appartment, 7 min. by walk from San Vincenze beach and 15 min. to the city centre. Free parking, kind receptionist, swimming pool on the roof of building opens from June. Market is just around.

The appartments are close to the railway so you hear the train passing. It wasn't a problem for us but I imagine it might be for light sleepers, maybe ask for a room facing the other side in this case. We received a great mini-package with everything needed to clean the kitchen (sponge, wipe, bin bag, detergent) but there was no cloth to dry/wipe the washed dishes. No coffee-maker or water kettle, no basics like salt, pepper, oil, sugar. Double bed was actually two beds pushed together.

Supermarket is very close, easy parking.

You can here every single noise from other apartments, basically we lived together with the Italian family in the upper apartment. The location is on the very edge of the town, right next to a wheat field.

The apartment was in walking distance to the beach, and the supermarket close by was really helpful. The staff was very easy to talk to and accessible. Loved having the large terrace.
