The apartment was well equipped. Outside space overlooking the gardens and pools. Within easy reach of Bonanza Square, the park and the beach. Mercadona supermarket was around the corner. Well located for shops, restaurants, trains and buses. The owner, Jose, was at all times very helpful and accommodating as on a number of occasions, due to flight changes, we had to alter our dates. Thank you Jose.

Fantastic 1 week holiday in benalmadena the apartment was east to get to from the train station and a 10 mins walk to the beach bars and resturants all 5 mins away very clean apartment with everything you need for self catering ,is a no smoking apartment but you have a balcony to sit on and admire the gardens and swimming pool area ,for the price we paid we thought it was worth every penny and will go back next year thanks jose

I felt very at home in.property very comfortable with everything you need, lovely balcony very chilling location. Plenty of supermarkets cafes and bars and short walk to Arroya great location would reccomend

Apartment has everything you need , twin beds, kitchenette with hob microwave and mini oven. Washer and hairdryer provided. Jose very accommodating.

exallant appartment everything was good the only set back i found was we arrived end off summer and the nights was chilley could have done with a little heater to keep us warm dont like using air con and we had everthing for a fantastic stay & the beds were comfortable thankyou we will be back

Chose this property at the last minute because of good price and availability for our dates. We were really pleasantly surprised by the size, comfort and position of the apartment.

Sometimes the English channels can be a little dodge, my husband found the bed to hard but I found it perfect ( so just preference ) Good location near bars, supermarket, restaurants etc. If I had to add anything it would be add a little shelf inside the shower so u would not have to bend down every time you need shower gel/shampoo (could be problematic for the elderly). A very clean and well appointed apartment, in a quiet location within the apartment block ,overlooking the gardens. We stay in Benalmadena at least three times a year, and have done for many years now, in various apartments in and around this location. Just spent a wonderful week at this lovely apartment . A proper home from home ..absolutley everything you could possibly need. We are a family of 4 adults and there was comfortably more than enough room for all of us. Previous reviews ssid the 2 beds were very firm but our sons slept soundly on them every night . Sofa bed wasnt the most comfortable but it was only for a week . Perfect location with everything on your doorstep . Beautiful well kept grounds and pools Swimming pool only open sat and sun as its still out of season but there are loungers to use on the grass . Apartment was immaculate as was the whole vomplex . Lovely friendly and helpful staff . Thankyou very much Jose for a lovely stay . We look forward to returning .

Spent 2 weeks in Jose's apartment in mid May and it was perfectly located between the centre of Arroyo and the beautiful beach of Benalmadena. The grounds around the apartment are lovely and well maintained and nice to sit and relax in if you just want to chill, there is also a really nice pool although the pool is only open at weekends until June then it is available 7 days a week.. I would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again on a future visit to Benalmadena Gracias Jose

We loved our stay in this apartment, Jose responded promptly with a query we had an assisted immediately. It was like staying at home as the apartment has everything you need and more. It was spotlessly clean and has everything to assist with keeping it that way. I notice another reviewer mentioned hard beds, we thought they were a high quality firm mattresses and had great night's sleep on them. We hope to return again. Thank you Jose for a lovely stay.

We had great weather for the month we were there luckily because the apartment no 16 next door and 44 above were being renovated so there was a lot of noise. Saying that there was nothing that Jose could have done about it. We would stay there again. It as a supermarket just round the corner. If you turn right out side turn left at the church and you are in Bonanza Square where there are lots of bars and cafes where we met lots of new friends.

This condo has several positives. It is clean, organized, kitchen facilities are good, washing machine provided, ground floor convenience, lovely balcony overlooking a peaceful green space, helpful friendly staff at front desk, plenty of bedding, bright airy windows and sunshine throughout the day. The only negatives for us were the small shower with inconsistent water pressure (Jose fixed this issue) and the extremely firm twin beds. The building location is excellent, near many shops and cafes as well as the local bus route is nearby. A bonus for us was the excellent fitness center only a block away. Overall, a very good condo and location.

Everything you need for your staying is there, very clean great Wi-Fi, great owners, I'll defiantly live there again.

Property really clean, complex and grounds are also spotless. Everything you need in the apartment, can’t fault it. I agree with other reviews that the beds are on the hard side, however, this didn’t bother me much. Free WiFi and safe included. Out of season for the pool as it closes on 30th September but ample grass areas to sunbathe on, and sunloungers are provided in the apartment. Great location, close to everything. I would highly recommend the Lime and Lemon restaurant at the beach, delicious tapas. Only a ten minute walk from the train station. Overall very pleasant stay.

This apartment has all that you need for a perfect holiday . It's really close to beach , town and beautiful bars & restaurants. The apartment is well kept and clean .I would say a double bed in bedroom would just make this apartment perfect .the beds that are there are 2 single and not very comfy we opted for the pull out sofa in living area which to be honest for sleeping in is not the comfiest either . Some more towels in the apartment would also be great but overall the apartment is lovely , the gardens and pool are beautiful we have had a lovely week and I would book this apartment again . Very close to the beautiful Paloma Park and Tivoli world and also the cable cars and 10 minute walk from the train station .
