Very cosy style

This place is absolutely awesome in every respect and it will definitely be my only choice for my next trips to Isola d'Elba. The location is incredible, the staff is extremely friendly, it has everything you need for a perfect stay away from the usual kind of tourism. For me, it was a perfect starting point for various mountain bike and road bike trips across the island. Just breathtaking! A little reminder to those who have read about the "challenging dirt road" to the place - true, it's definitely not your every day commute to work - but absolutely no problem (unless you are traveling in a sports car with very low ground clearance). To me, it wasn't challenging at all - it was huge fun :-) Just don't be afraid of dust :-) Highly recommended!!! Oh, and it actually does have internet (at really decent bandwidth).

Lovely apartment in the center, steps from shopping and restaurants. It was comfortable, loved the decor and it was furnished with everything our family of four needed. Stefano was very responsive.

The beds were uncomfortable and parking was stressful due to location in a ZTL. The farmhouse beach was private and allowed an escape from the crowds but required a drive up a road with sharp turns and down a dirt road that made my blood pressure rise. I was grateful the apartment we stayed in was not on the “main” property.

The location is secluded and isolated so you get perfect spot to relax in the hillsides overlooking the sea. There is even a private beach that only the few people staying with this hotel can access. The access road is a bit rough, but you will be guided in on the first time and it is much easier the second time. Impossible to find without the guide and protected by two locked gates. The town is within easy walking distance, so you can easily walk back after having a few glasses of wine in the restaurants below. Full kitchen facilities including dishwasher. Strong air conditioner in every room. The property mentioned they can also arrange for electric car charging access on request.

The fireplace is decorative, for autumn/winter season it might be nice to chill by an indoor fire sometimes.

The whole situation was perfect

nice house, very clean, all thinks are in the house... best see few 20min to Marina di Campo per feet 7min to the see you are alone on this house call . and you can't see the other houses, and they also can't see yours :)), in the area. ( i think there are 6 or 7 houses which you can booked) on the see there are standup padels and kanus which are free.
