The view from the garden is magnificent, and the house was really nice inside. There is air conditioning in both of the bedrooms, which are upstairs, but we also had a lovely cooling breeze through the house - even at the start of July. There is a sofa bed in a separate living room area downstairs, with its own access to the garden so this worked really well for our 15 year old son. one of the nicest things about staying here was sitting outside in the evenings, enjoying the view, and amazingly the sound of the sea lapping on the pebble beach, even though it is quite far away. Also, no discos or music - very quiet all the time!

Wir haben das Haus sehr genossen. Alles war gut ausgestattet. Nur die Aufstieg nach einem Strandtag war anstrengend. Wir haben die Fahrt nach oben einige Male gemacht. Das ist schon sehr aufregend. Nur für sehr geübte Fahrer zu empfehlen. Der Garten und die Außenanlagen waren toll. Die Zimmer zum Schlafen waren mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Sehr angenehmen. Bitte unbedingt Etwas gehen Mücken einpacken. Das war am Abend sehr schlimm. Alles in allem, sehr erholsam.

Sachant des le départ que l’accès ne serait pas facile pour mon mari en fauteuil la propriétaire a fait le maximum pour nous aider à l’arrivée comme pour le départ ! Situation de rêve à tous les niveaux pour cette maison sans aucun vis à vis Avec une vue mer à 210 degrés et toujours de l’air bienvenu en Été !!! Mais il vaut mieux être sportif même si le parking intermédiaire fermé et à l’ombre mis à notre disposition facilite les accès ! Mieux vaut une petite voiture pas trop basse et manœuvrante pour la dernière partie magnifique pour un pilote de rallye sur voie quasiment unique! Mais on est bien récompensé par le site la vue le calme et l’air frais!☀️🌈👍

Wundervolle Lage, sehr schönes, altes, renoviertes Haus. Alles vorhanden für einen Wohlfühl Urlaub, Küche perfekt eingerichtet. Traumhafter Blick über Meer und Küste. Silvia war immer erreichbar für die wenigen Fragen die wir hatten. Danke Silvia wir kommen wieder.

Siamo stati bene, forse mancano alcune comodità a cui siamo abituati, ma globalmente è stata una bella vacanza e anche il nostro piccolino ha imparato a fare senza lamenti i 200 gradini necessari ad arrivare alla bella proprietà!!

Dieses authentische, wunderschöne Haus thront über Varigotti. Der Blick ist atemberaubend, von der Dachterrasse am Abend oder morgen, von den drei verschiedenen Ebenen des Gartens unter der Pinie oder dem Sonnenschirm- einfach großartig! Das Haus hat im Erdgeschoss einen wirklich großzügigen und schönen Wohn-Ess-Bereich und eine funktionale Küche, so wie es der Platz des Hauses am Steilhang erlaubt. Ausgang direkt nach draußen zur Terrasse. Aufgang zum ersten Stock mit einem großen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Kinderschlafzimmer mit 4 Betten, beide mit Klimaanlage. Man kann aber auch sehr gut quer lüften. Man ist in diesem Haus abgeschieden, da es zu einer winzigen, sehr ursprünglichen Häuserandammlung oberhalb der Serpentinenstraße gehört und doch mittendrin durch den Blick über die gesamte Bucht. Silvia ist super nett und unkompliziert. Sie ist immer zu erreichen und hilft zu Beginn und am Ende mit dem Transport der Koffer über die nur für kleinere Autos zu empfehlende Straße direkt zum Haus. Familien mit sehr kleinen Kindern oder sehr alte Gäste könnte der tägliche 3 minütige Aufstieg über die Treppenstufen vom privaten Parkplatz zum Haus anstrengend sein. Wir haben drei Jungs, die auch bei den Einkäufen gerne mit angepackt haben. Belohnt wird man mit einer- nicht übertrieben- einzigartigen Lage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Bella casa in collina con splendida vista su Varigotti. Pulita e ben tenuta sia all'interno che all'esterno, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole con famiglia e cani al seguito. Il tragitto per arrivare in spiaggia e un po' lungo e faticoso soprattutto al ritorno, ma se vi piace passeggiare ne vale la pena per il panorama che si gode dal giardino e dal terrazzo. La proprietaria è giovane, simpatica e disponibile.

This is a beautiful multi-level property, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a kitchen, breakfast area, dining room (with armchairs), living room/bedroom 3 and shower room downstairs There is plenty of room for a family (we are a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teenagers). It has the added fun of a lift from the breakfast area to the upstairs bedrooms (there are also outside stairs). The best thing about this property are the stunning sea views which there are from the garden and most of the windows, these are totally gorgeous both day and night! Outside there are several terraces to sit on including a roof terrace, garden terrace with a small pool (with room for 4 to sit in), a terrace with a vine covered table and a grassed terrace to sun bathe - all with the sea views! The garden itself is lovely with both sunny and shady areas.The house is very comfortable, pretty and well equipped. Silvia was great at meeting us on our arrival and once she had showed us where to park she drove our luggage up to the house and showed us around. Silvia was very helpful and friendly! There is an lockable car park area below the house, then a climb of around 200 steps to the house itself. It is possible to drive up to the house and park but we didn't try as the road is tricky and we were happy to climb the steps. The views made the climb absolutely worthwhile! We enjoyed visiting Varigotti (which is walkable from the house if you are happy with the stepped path). It has some nice restaurants and an attractive old town area with a family friendly good beach (both private and public areas). One evening when we were there there was a small craft market and live band playing, which gave a lovely atmosphere. Finale Ligure is a 10 min drive with plenty of good sea front restaurants, an old town area and Piazza. Noli is a 10 min drive in the opposite direction from the house. We particularly enjoyed the small pretty old town and beaches there. Yes we would definitely visit this house and area again!
