Beautiful location near lighthouse, there is a shop very close to appartment, there is also beach very near. I loved very nice pool, which is clean and Fabio cleans it every day. Swimming pool is really amazing! All the time there were somebody who can help us with our questions and requirements. Perfect place for families with children. Thanks to Fabio, who was very nice and helpfull.

it was freezing cold. no soap, or dishwashing liquid, no hand towel. you have to bring everything With you! no accurate help about the services closeby.

The accomodation was at a very good level with all details carefully prepared. The owner Fabio was a very nice person. He waited for us at the agreed time. During check-in, he gave us the key and he shoved us all important in the accommodation. Each apartment has its own closed parking place. There are two pools on the exterior - absolutely clean and pleasant - better than in the pictures. All the exterior is charming with lots of plants. There is an exterior shower where you could remove the sand from the beach and a space where you can put all from the beach (balls, inflatables). You can rent a washing machine there and bicycles for the trips in the surroundings. In the building, there is also a lift, so it´s easier with luggage. Our apartment was spacious and really clean. The kitchen was well equipped with all needed for basic cooking. The terrace was also spacious with a big table and linen dryer. There is a shop 1 minute and the beach is really 1-2 minutes from the accommodation. You can rent a sun umbrella with two beds by Fabio, so you have a comfortable place on the beach. The beach is very nice with a view of a lighthouse. Not crowded, clean, and well maintained. The surroundings are calm. We really enjoyed our stay in the family and we highly recommend this residence!

Perfect location,close to the beach-perfect especially for kids.Pool cleaned every day, very close to the basic shop.Nice,calm accomodation,perfect if you are not party tiger..The apartments we stayed in seem to be fully renovated like max.1 year ago,very clean,in perfect condition.

With sunset the vampires always came on balcony..😀(mosquitos)..but as I heard quite standard near Venize..Shower with flexible hose would be lovely,but all the rest we had..

Great location - the beach and shop are very close to the accomodation which is great when you travell with kids. The accomodation has great swimming pool big enough for adults as well as for babies. The appartment was big with spacious terrace.

You have to pay extra money for wi-fi and bed sheets.

-Comfortable bed and facilities inside the apartment. It was all perfectly working. -Excellent view. It was magical to wake up and see the light house and the sea every morning (apartment on 2nd floor). -Nice staff. Fabio is a very kind man. -New swimming pool. It was always super clean and there were good rules for COVID19. -Good location, very close to the beach.

-The waiting for the check-in was quite long, 45 minutes. -Paying for the air conditioning in August, the warmest month of the year, is bad. The cost of the apartment is already high enough and I do not think that it is appropriate to add more costs to it.

Fabio was a brilliant host. The location was excellent, easy to catch bus to ferry to Venice. Pools were lovely and immaculate at all times. Overall a fantastic experience.
