A very quiet studio in a nice neighborhood at the margin of St. Austell, clean and rather spacy, with a full-fledged kitchen. It's a 20 min walk from the bus and railway station. Good if you are quite mobile: the southern and the northern coast is within easy reach. A well-sorted co-op is within walking distance. A wooded ravine provides a nice walk, the next scenic coast (near Mevagissey) is about 15 min away by car, the harbour of St. Austell 10 min. The hosts are very helpful and can give a lot of helpful advices!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property, it was cosy, clean and had everything we needed! The location was great for travelling around Cornwall. St Austell would have been better if there were a greater selection of bars/restaurants. We also thought the shower pressure could’ve been a bit stronger. Overall, a really good choice of accommodation, reasonably priced and the hosts were lovely! Would definitely recommend and return :)

Lovely studio
The studio was perfect for our needs and with plenty of space.
Of a high standard. Love the fact the kitchen is separate and down stairs. St Austell was a bit of a disappoint but the studio is perfect for travelling around to lots of areas. Definitely would recommend

Cornwall bolt hole
The property was just like the picture, only better. At the time of year I was there, late April, the afternoon light was superb if the sun was out. The sound of the little stream across the road was very much appreciated

We had a lovely relaxing time in this studio. Spotlessly clean and perfect for a couple. Situated on a quiet road, no noise at all. Would be lovely in the summer sitting on the balcony. Kitchen very well appointed if you are self catering.

Spring break
The property is ideal for a couple. Very clean. The cafetière was broken (husband loves his morning coffee) and Sam immediately went shopping to buy us a new one! Thats good customer care. The location was great for visiting The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Not too far also for fish and chips at Rick Steins in Padstow. We rekindled our love with Cornwall and will be back.

Lovely place
I booked this for friends visiting from America. They loved the accommodation. A request for additional heat was quickly resolved. Everything they needed was available, they could walk to local restaurants and they enjoyed the balcony on warmer evenings. Recommended.

Delightful studio accommodation
St Austell is a great centre for a holiday in Cornwall with relatively easy access to so much of the rest of the county. This studio accommodation is generously proportioned with very well-equipped kitchen facilities downstairs and a very comfortable lounge and sleeping area upstairs. The shower/WC is more than adequate. The whole place is very clean and well-maintained and provided a very welcome home from home during our stay. If we were to return not the area we could not think of anywhere better to stay.

Erg netjes met alles wat je maar kan wensen
Mooi en verzorgd, alles aanwezig zelfs wasmachine. Het ligt in een rustig stadje, dicht bij station. Met openbaar vervoer kan je gemakkelijk naar Eden prodject en The lost gardens of heligan, welke echt de moeite waard zijn om te bezoeken!

moderne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung
Wir haben hier 11 Tage verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist eine Maisonette-Wohnung mit der Küche im Erdgeschoss und dem Schlaf-/Wohnbereich sowie dem Bad im 1.Obergeschoss. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend, super aufeinander abgestimmt und gemütlich. Handtücher und sonstige Artikel waren alle vorhanden. Die Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung eignet sich auch für Gäste ohne Auto, da der Bahnhof ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.
