Fin & Tonic was the perfect peaceful retreat we were looking for. We only left the house once to go visit the Weeki Wachee Mermaids. Everything we needed was there and then some. It’s a beautiful home right on the river. We saw dolphins right off the dock every morning enjoying our coffee and manatees at dusk. It was our own little slice of paradise. The decor in the home was awesome and we seemed to discover something new every day. I thought the check out list for guests was minimal in comparison to other places we’ve stayed and really made it easy and less stressful to be out by our checkout time. There is so much to do and so many ‘toys’ provided you certainly won’t get bored here. Thanks for having us, already planning another trip with some friends in the future.

We stayed for our second time at this home. The home is perfect. We had to evacuate due to Hurricaine Idalia but we had 3 wonderful days prior. Renting from Tyson is wonderful. Property is well stocked and furnished and impeccably clean. We love it there!

We had a wonderful time. The house is cute and provided all that we needed. Great location! Our favorite part was the rope swing. So nice having kayaks and paddle boards. The only thing I wish was there was a launch pad got them…we made it work but it was difficult. Tyler was great! Quick responses and great communication! I would definitely recommend!

We loved everything about this cottage on the Weeki Wachee River! We made great use of everything that was offered such as puzzles, games, kayaks, SUP, bikes, paddleboat, fishing, and rope swing. We visited Hospital Hole and Rogers Park. We rented a boat and went up to the crystal clear waters. During that time we saw 8 manatees and 2 dolphins. Love, love, love! We had a wonderful time and hope to be back again!

We loved our stay here! It was decorated so cute. The back deck, rope swing and kayaks were wonderful. Our friends stayed at their other house down the street and it was perfect to walk or swim back and forth.

Lovely little cottage by the canal. Super beachy vibe, very cute decor. Perfect amount of room for 5 adults (one on the couch). They had EVERYTHING we needed there in the kitchen, bathrooms and even outside. We kayaked the Weeki Wachee River everyday....the house is less than a quarter mile away from Rogers Park via the water. We saw a number of manatees including momma's and their babies. Great location for lounging and enjoying the river. We will be back.

Quiet, peaceful and so relaxing!! We didn’t want to leave! First vacation we’ve been on in a while that we would rather door dash food or cook than go out! More than enough room for 6 people, beautifully decorated and comfortable! Clean inside and out with plenty of seating available! The lanai was one of our favorite places, we listened to music on the outdoor tv while watching the River and enjoying s’mores on the firepit! Several friendly manatees were spotted out back and my son caught quite a few fish while we were there. He absolutely loved the convenience of walking right out back to fish or swim! The rope swing was a hit and we kayaked almost daily! Everyone in the area was nice and the locals were super helpful! We are already discussing our next trip and we will definitely return to fin and tonic! The owner is great and property was even better than described. Have sent the link to 5 friends already! This rental had amazing decor and all the fun activities we could hope for. We saw 6 manatee during our kayak adventures and 2 dolphins right bt the dock. Very clean and everything you need. Fantastic!

The dock with the fire pit and access to the kayaks made for a fun adventure with a relaxing environment.

I have to say that this was the best equipped rental I’ve ever stayed at. There’s nothing g you need to bring except yourselves! I loved that there was plenty of things stocked for your use on kitchen, bath products in shower etc. even spices and cooking items! We loved the location with quick access to main river? Get quiet where we were. We had fun with all the water toys and bikes. They def bring the place to life with really fun and unique decor. We spent a lot of time on back porch and at night around fire pit. Even caught fish right off dock. Saw tons of manatees kayaking and two off our dock! The continuous bug spray was a game changer for us. It made the nights outside perfect! I was so happy I researched and found this place. The neighbors were also very nice. I’ll def rent again from Tyson 👍👍

The property was clean and convenient. We saw several manatees while staying here and throughly enjoyed our time on the river!!

Loved the property and location. My only complaint would be the amount of cleaning required on checkout with the amount we are already paying for cleaning fee. I thought that was a bit ridiculous, otherwise, the stay was great.

This place was perfect for us! Clean, quiet, had all the fun water toys and we saw manatees daily right off our dock!

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at the house. It was awesome to have the kayaks available and to be right on the springs. The house had everything we needed. Seeing the manatee’s was an amazing experience that we would like to do again.

In a nutshell…we will be back and have already recommended this property and the Weeki Wachee are to friends and family. I’ve shared this listing with four people already! The quiet neighborhood feels safe and is minutes from many delicious local restaurants. Every morning I had coffee dockside, watching manatees swim by. Kids loved the rope swing. We all loved the kayaks- took them our daily- saw over 50 manatees, many turtles and fish! We also chartered a fishing boat one day and came home with dinner! Check-in, communication with the property owners, house rules….entire process easy! We didn’t want to leave!

Great location - away from traffic and didn't feel touristy. Kayaks were a nice bonus. Owner was very responsive to messages and easy to communicate with. We spent the majority of our time outside on the back patio/deck area. So peaceful!

Very comfortable, quiet place.

If you are looking for a place with easy access to the river and all the outdoor toys you need, this is the perfect spot! We brought a small boat to fish the flats and the floating dock worked out perfectly for us. You just have to watch the tides for going out. The house has everything you could possibly need and the outdoor space is amazing! We stayed for 6 weeks and would have loved to stay longer.

We had an amazing vacation. House was very clean and had everything we needed for a 10 day vacation, right down to salt and pepper! Keurig was definitely appreciated! We saw manatees from the back dock. Kayaks were great. Water was amazingly clear and beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

It was a great little get away neighbors were nice. We enjoyed the rope swing and we love the springs.

Comfortable quiet canal front. Enjoyed watching fish jump and manatee swimming and hanging out in front of the cottage. We'll have to return as a week wasn't enough time to enjoy all the area has to offer. Clean, quiet, safe location. Thanks Tyson! Dennis & Doreen

This home was terrific. Quiet neighborhood, very close to the Weeki Wachee river via kayak, boat, etc. Very comfortable beds. Had everything we needed.

This was the perfect getaway spot for my son’s 14th birthday adventure! It exceeded our expectations. This was our first time renting a home and the host communicated well and was very responsive. 10/10! We truly enjoyed our stay at fin & tonic and I’ve already started checking out dates when we can return. Came here with my partner and (3) 14-year boys and the house had everything needed (and more) for everyone to be entertained and enjoy the weekend. 1St: The house is A D O R A B L E! You feel so at home as soon as you walk in. The layout is ideal, and you can tell the owners put a lot of love, thought and care into making this home the perfect cozy retreat. The house is very clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked, you have everything you need and more. 2nd –The patio was A M A Z I N G!!!!! The pictures online do not do it justice. The house is right one the water, they have tons of chairs and space. The boys enjoyed eating breakfast in the back screened area looking at the water and talking about everything they water to do that day. They have a grill available, and we had hamburgers and hotdogs for lunch and ate at one of the tables that overlooked the water watching the fish jump, kayaker’s go by and just soaking up the beauty in front of us. My favorite seat outside was the rocking chair by the firepit. I claimed it the first night we there, as we all sat around the firepit roasting marshmallows and making smores. (They even have the marshmallow sticks for you) They have plenty of water toys to entertain you. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, Canoe and the paddle boat. We were in the water most of the day. The boys had fun using the rope swing and fishing off the dock too. It’s truly a retreat for your mind, body and soul to be on the water surrounded with such peace and beauty. Can’t wait for the next trip and we will definitely stay longer.

Had a great stay! Property is cozy and well appointed. They have everything you need. Back patio was fabulous. Right on the canal. Lots of water toys (kayaks, etc...) and tons of chairs and space to kick back in and just enjoy.

Had a great stay at fin & tonic. My family of 5 had everything we needed. The supply of Kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boat was wonderful. We were in the water every day. Enjoyed using the rope swing and fishing off the dock too. I love lots of pillows for sleeping and they had plenty which was a bonus for me. Thanks for a great stay !
