2nd time at this Villa and it didn’t disappoint. Kids loved the private pool, so quiet in the area but only a short drive into the town for dinner and shopping. Communication with Pam was great. Will back soon

This apartment was lovely, clean and the pool was great fun. Communication with Pam was excellent. However, there was an issue with the dishwasher wiring burning and causing a power cut (rendering the dishwasher unusable 5 days into our 9 day stay) which I feel could have been dealt with better. The machine was not fixed or checked - we were advised not to use it and because close to the end of our stay, the owner decided to replace after we had left rather than get it fixed. That's understandable, of course it is, but that didn't help us on our holiday! Also, we were expecting the apartment to be cleaned 7 days in, and towels and bed linen changed - as per information given at booking and in the guest brochure, but that didn't happen. Explanation given was that this information was incorrect and would be changed. So, all in all, it was a lovely villa and we had a really relaxing, fabulous time in Lanzarote. But you do tend to remember the niggly bits!!

Lovely quiet location though quite along trek to the seafront. Villa had everything we needed for a week away in the sun. Agent Pamela sorted out any problems we had straight away and was very easy to contact

A very pleasant villa with a decent sized pool, well furnished and enough cutlery, crockery etc to feed an army. The TV stalled quite often to start with but a chat with the contact given by the agents sorted it all out quickly. The area is generally quiet with a little construction noise in the background. Shops, restaurants, beaches are a drive away (or a good walk if you're fitter than us.

Lovely villa in a quiet location. Very clean, spacious and had all of the necessities needed, including bedding, towels, plates, glasses, cooking ware and utensils. Location was great for adults, about a 30 minute walk into the centre of Playa Blanca. We had young children so a bit of a walk for them and would be better to hire a car. Very quiet though and perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The swimming pool was a great size, although not quite as clear and blue as the picture. I did mention it to the contact at the end and to be fair they said they would have sent the maintenance person over if we’d raised it earlier. It wasn’t really a problem, just not as nice looking as the picture. However the rest of the pool area was great with loads of space, 6 sun beds, a bbq and lots of space. Communication with Pam of the management company was excellent, very quick to respond, very helpful throughout. We booked the holiday prior to COVID 19 even being a thing. At one stage we asked to move it to 2021 but was told this was only possible if the flights were cancelled, which was frustrating at the time, especially as the UK Government was advising not to travel. However once we’d decided to go, it all went smoothly and we were glad we went, even with having to quarantine on our return.

Lots of TV options including sky and bt and films galore, albeit internet based and so subject to buffering which could yield prolonged gaps. Internet strength inconsistent.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Nepal over the New Year. The villa provided everything we needed and was in a nice, quiet location. The main promenade took us about 25 minutes to walk to but it is only about 5 minutes in a taxi if you need to carry shopping from the supermarket. It was so nice to get some winter sun after a hectic Christmas and we felt very relaxed after spending a week here.

We've rented many holiday properties in Canary islands and this villa is the best we had so far. We've chosen it partly because of very positive reviews and we haven't been disappointed, it even exceeded our expectations. The villa is very spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, on a big plot. Heated pool is really heated (unlike in many other properties). It was cold when we came because the villa was unoccupied before us, so we contacted Pam and she sent a pool guy who adjusted the heating timer and it took about a day for the pool to get warm. Inside the villa is equipped with everything you need, even the kitchen knives were sharp, which is the first time ever I've found sharp knives in a rented property :) Thank you Pam!

We’ve just spent a fantastic week at Villa Nepal. The location was perfect & within walking distance of Playa Blanca. The property was beautiful, clean & nicely furnished. Great pool area with plenty of space & sunbeds. Pam, the property manager was brilliant & so helpful & directly contactable if there were any issues, but thankfully we didn’t have any!! Would definitely book this villa again & would highly recommend it

I read previous reviews and all turned out to be a true reflection of the Villa, ( excellent villa manager, 25 minute walk to the town center, less than €4 in a taxi, spacious villa, beautiful pool etc.) The pool was quite warm if you got under the poolside shower before getting in. Even in October there was no need for pool heating. Pam the Villa manager was absolutely brilliant on arrival and during our stay. We were unfortunate enough to be caught out by the Thomas Cook collapse, and Pam called rouind to see if there was anything she could do. For me that goes above and beyond the call of duty. We would definitely stay at the villa again given the opportunity. Thank you Pam, and thank you Nils

We loved it! Booking again for next September

Stayed for 2 weeks in August 2019. This is a great villa for families in a quiet peaceful location but close enough to enjoy the Playa Blanca nightlife. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and plenty of outdoor space. Pool was a good size and plenty warm enough at this time of year without needing additional heating. Full TV package was great when the kids needed a break from the sunshine in the middle of the day. The only thing that would make this property better would be air con in the second and third bedroom. The master has got coin operated AC (€1 for 2 hours). The villa met all our expectations and more. It was immaculate. We liked the recommendations of places to go that were left for us in the villa. Pam was great and we liked that she even wanted to see us before we left. The pool was a great size for our kids. One of them didn’t want to come home they had such a good time in Playa Blanca.

Nice size villa for our family holiday to Playa Blanca, nice and clean and maintained to a suitable level, TV system with sky TV and WiFi kept the children happy, alone with a decent sized pool, fully equipped kitchen, 2 nice sized bathrooms, and 3 nice sized bedrooms. We had a two week holiday and the cleaners came in half way through to change bedding and cleaned up. The villa is situated a nice flat 25 to 30 mins walk to the main shopping and entertainment area of Playa Blanca, on a quiet road. The villa was a perfect base for the holiday.

What a blissful fortnight just what you need for a rest from a stressful job and recharge the batteries. Peace and tranquility. And everyone needs a Pam for help and guidance. Thank you so much

Exactly per previous reviews. Good pool in spacious setting. Well equiped kitchen. Pam very welcoming. Good villa sensibly priced.

Easy to find, Pam very helpful, Villa spotless plenty of glasses , plates etc.New sunbeds could do with some more mugs and plastic glasses for outside use.TV channels good all English & Sky only annoyance was the TV decoder needed resetting a few times. Would highly recommend this Villa

Thank you to Pam for settling us in so well when we first arrived and giving us speedy responses with any queries we had, it was fantastic to deal with her during our stay. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 children who stayed in Nils property for a week. We had a wonderful time and couldn't fault the property - plenty of room for the five of us and beautiful space outside plus the added bonus of the heated pool. Yes, it is a 15/20 minute walk to Playa Blanca but it wasn't a major issue for us and whenever we had shopping we used a taxi back that cost between 3-4 euros. It is located close to a water park so our children had a wonderful time on one of the days - for those with families if you want to cut the cost you can pay half price if you go for at 3pm for a couple of hours. The nearby beach was lovely and clean and again only a 15min walk and we enjoyed on a couple of the days. The villa has a great satellite tv service with an a multitude of tv stations/movies to chose from when not enjoying the sunshine. Overall, we had a fantastic time and hope to get back there again soon.

The villa is well equipped in a quiet area. It is only a short drive or 20 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the main resort. The property has everything required to make a perfect holiday, from the heated pool to the full package of sky on the tv for a good night in after a bbq by the pool. The villa has lovely sized rooms and plenty of outdoor space for sunbathing. Pam, the property manager, was very helpful, friendly and efficient and met us at the property when we arrived and showed us all that we would need. We will definitely be booking this villa again and want to thank Pam for making us feel very welcome.

With its location approx 25 minutes, pensioners walking distance from both the sea front and the top of Montaña Rojo, with its great views over the island and beyond, the villa provided us with the opportunity to walk off some of the excesses of the holiday. There are two small supermarkets reasonably close and the Tonel bar provides a great pizza. The villa itself although well used, was very clean and functional with excellent WiFi and tv, the heated pool was great to lounge around in. Pam was great and provided us with all the information we needed, There is a local,half hourly, circular bus route from the school which takes you out to both ends of the town and a taxi back is only 4 euros.

We’ve had a great stay here. The property had everything we needed. The pool area was great and the kids had a blast. We were about a twenty minute walk to Playa Blanca and we booked a couple of excursions and the pick up was at a hotel only 10 mins away. When we spent the day in Playa Blanca, we usually got a taxi back which cost around 3-4 Euros. The villa is within easy reach on foot of Montana Roja. It takes about 20 minutes to climb and you can walk around the crater at the top. We’d never been to Lanzarote before but can definitely recommend October as the temperatures where very pleasant.

After a great flight we landed in Lanzarote and was met by our driver from first minute transfers, and within 40 minutes were at the villa. We were then met by Pam who gave us tour around and handed keys over. She was great the whole stay and was st the end of the phone if ever you needed her, everyone should have a Pam working for them. The bedrooms were all a good size as were all the other rooms in the villa. The pool was a good size and was a great way to cool of as the villa has the sun on it all day. There is an outside seating area which is in the shade if you need a rest from the sun.The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need if you were going to cook of an evening. One thing I would do differently is to hire a car from the airport as we felt it is required. The supermarkets are about 20 to 25 minute walk and if you were going out in the evening it's a fair old trott. Taxi would cost about 5 euro's 1 way. A couple of things which we felt needed updating would be the Bbq to be up graded to like the one in the next doors villa, and the sun beds to be replaced as they were broken underneath. On the whole this would not stop us coming back next year as I can honestly say it was probably the most relaxed holiday we have ever had.
