No breakfast, no working AC, Italian way how to solve the problems, have no any reason to come back.

Location is great. The view was as pictured. Nice bathrooms. The central door gets locked during the night which was a nice sefety bonus.

The rooms had obvious wear on the walls and finding the access to the property was difficult without the guards help. No parking tho

sofa bed was uncomftable ,fly net was torn so lots of mosquitos in room. break fast was canceled on day before and we were refunded about 20percent off the real breakfast cost. but would book again.

-Very old bnb (without breakfast) -I paid for 2 nights in cash and the had to give me the change the next day. The next day I asked for the breakfast and they said they had not, but in compensation they would deduct the tourist taxes. I never got my change or the breakfast. So not even a bad place but they are also thieves! -I got eaten by mosquitoes or bed bugs, I don't know, I just know that I had several bites everywhere! -The air conditioning didn't work -There was a horrible sewer stink! - Stinky bathroom full of limestone - The bed was like a hammock, totally sunken in the middle, I don't think 2 people can sleep there. Super uncomfortable! - You could hear everything that happens in the bnb, even people screaming and moaning having sex like animals in the jungle. Very very very unpleasant situation! -I left so early as I could because I was super tired as I couldn't sleep the whole 2 nights I was there. - In this conditions, they should pay guests to stay - Booking never helped so I won't use this app ever again, why should I as they washed their hands with my complain. Better to contact directly the place you wanna stay. At this point I don't think this place was ever luxury. Terrible experience!! A V O I D!!!!!!

close to the sea and to the aquarium

there is no staff, apart from the cleaning lady that I saw every other day. No one spoke English, apart from the owner of the property. Passport details are shared on WhatsApp. This place might have been great in the 1990s

the staff was very kind

the room was too small, there is only the bed that you can lay on it or sit. Also it is far away from the city center, so you should walk a lot in the evening because there is not public transportation.

Gramsci luxury rooms is situated in one of the best places in Napoli a few meters from the beach and metro station,so clean and safe area ,which you can find easily any restaurant and nice bars on the beach. the rooms are really nice as soon as you step in you will smell a very nice perfume.

the location was very good, you can reach every place by foot, the cleaning lady was very nice and friendly.

not so luxurious, no staff, the towels and bed sheets where dirty, but overall we spend little time in the apartment we needed place to sleep and take a shower.

DO NOT BOOK- SCAM!!! we arrived at the property in the evening, rang on the door bell several times, waited around for an hour and still no answer or communication. we then had to get a taxi to a different hotel and pay for a nights stay elsewhere as we couldn’t gain access to our room we had paid for and they are charged us in full and refused a refund.
