We discovered Menton a few years ago. Given the current dreary weather, we decided last-minute that we all needed an escape from grey skies. Fortunately, Sandra and Mark's lovely flat happened to be free that week and it's fair to say it contributed in large part to making our short break one of the nicest holidays we've had. The location in an annexe of one of the superb neo-Baroque palaces in Menton, the light from the large windows, and the garden... The kitchen was definitely one of the best-equipped kitchens I've come across in years in holiday rentals, allowing us to enjoy family meals in the evenings after our morning market jaunts. The promenade, cafés, bakeries, and sea are on your doorstep and nothing could be more soothing than falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Sandra and Mark's representative Aveline was also charming and very responsive. On a final note, despite being on holiday in another time zone, Sandra made sure that we were settled in and comfortable! We all look forward to being able to return because it felt like a home away from home!

Family holiday with my adult daughters. Plenty of room to accommodate my princesses! Nice quality throughout, from bed linens to decorations to appliances. Great communications with host and nice flexibility with checkin and checkout arrangements. Delightful!

The Le Regina, hosted by Sandra and Mark, was the perfect place to getaway yet still feel like you’re at home! You couldn’t ask for a better location in Menton and the home was clean, spacious, and inviting. Not only did you have everything you needed but the hosts didn’t spare on the quality of the bedding and great split units that kept my family and friends cool on the warmer days to their liking. What impressed me the most was that the hosts did everything they could to ensure their guests have the best experience in Menton and the surrounding area. It started out with a warm treat welcoming us. They also made a book detailing how to use all the appliances, wifi, etc, as well as make wonderful restaurant recommendations and places to see. We tried many of the suggestions and it kept our days full. We loved our time so much that we definitely plan to visit again! Lastly, I want to give a shoutout to Aveline who checked us in/out of the home. She communicated very well and if we had a question, she was always quick to reply. She was also very accommodating where she could, including meeting us for an early check-in and a very early checkout. Great service! And the trip was topped off by a personal driver back to the airport recommended by the hosts (in the book). Saif was early, helped with luggage, and was probably the safest driver I’ve ever had for this service! Needless to say, this was a perfect trip that makes me want to move to Menton now:)!

Host Sandra was very helpful in assisting me in booking this beautiful apartment. The setting couldn’t have been better with the beach right across the street. The apartment itself was amazing. Spotless, beautifully decorated, and lacking for nothing. There were so many small details that were beyond expectation such as Q-tips, cookies, snacks, umbrellas, cleansing pads, writing pads, and pens, beach towels, to name a few. There was an extensive book on how to use the appliances, rules, and regulations, what to do in the area, and recommendations for dining. Sandra has gone to an awful lot of trouble to make our stay seamless. I would highly recommend this awesome place!

Great stay and location

We were delighted with the apartment. The location was excellent with access to the beach and also to the shopping district. The hosts were very good with communication and had left some very helpful guides with lots of useful information. Aveline, who met us, was very friendly and pleasant and was happy to answer any questions. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and everything that you could possibly need was provided. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you.

This apartment is on another level and I would rate it higher if I could, The decor is so chic and exquisite but has a warm and homely feel. It is spotless and the details that the owners go to making your stay perfect is very obvious. Sandra and Mark are so attentive and it’s clear they want to contribute to you having a perfect holiday, we did!! Aveline is so welcoming and she spends time taking you round the apartment, she was so accommodating when we arrived earlier than check-in. I honestly cannot recommend this apartment enough if you want a faultless holiday. It’s perfectly located in Menton, which is a beautiful town. We've been to this apartment before and can only repeat our praises: With the beach just a few steps away, we have spent a fantastic holiday with our kids. Whether you want to cook for yourselves (the market hall is in easy walking distance) or eat out (restaurants are plentiful in the area - from low-price to Michelin-star level) - everything is possible. The apartment itself is extensively equipped with a/c, washing machine and more kitchen appliances than we have at home. In essence: for us it was (again) a perfect apartment - would recommend it to every family looking for a relaxed Mediterranean holiday.
