Everything was neat and tidy and working. Very relaxing and quiet space.

Everything was top-notch, clean and modern. If it's better than what I have at home and working, it's a win for me.
Would have liked more information on arrival on how everything worked and what's allowed and available. Ie. Does one have to do your own dishes, or is there staff for that? How does the communal braai and dining room work, own braai wood or charcoal, utensils? Do you have to book or it first come first served?

I liked the staff very welcoming and accommodating.
Loved the pool area and bath in the suite we booked
We were connected to the wifi after loadshedding but the signal was bad even the dstv channels plays with no picture but sound.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on not those soft cosy beds.
Please add more or larger soap and shower gels those mini bottles are soo tiny to use.
Perhaps add guest gowns and a remote for the aircon

Beautiful place, pool area was the best, very clean and neat, the guy working there very friendly and helpful
Didn't like all the cameras watching you all the time, felt like I was on big brother, the receptionist was not very welcoming and not friendly at all, she had a attitude all the time, watched us like we were School kids, no people skills at all.. Sorry to say that was my first and last visit

Enjoyed the stay staff were good and assisted with a couple of thing eg. The plugs were not working properly but they tried to make a plan .
Just check the side lamps are working properly and fix the plugs. Put new batteries in the tv remotes

The place was beautiful and very relaxing.
When they showed up our room it smelt heavy like smoke and there is a non- smoking sign. When we asked the manager she asked us if we want to cancel the booking and look for something else. No hospitality. Then no one told us about the middle door to go outside was not working so we had to ring the bell and it was very annoying. It was

At first wasn't sure if we could make use of the facilities like the kitchen. Tv channels limited maybe Netflix upgradeqù
