Estaba reformado o el diseño es actual

La poca predisposición de la recepcionista (no sé si dueña) para ayudar o buscar soluciones. Contexto, antes de irnos de la habitación, la noche anterior ya nos habían quitado el acceso al wifi, a quien le reclamas si en la recepción no hay nadie? Bueno, pero lo peor fue que el día de irnos, primero, teníamos que dejar la habitación a las 10:30, la mayoría de los Apartamentos/ Airbnb/hoteles suelen dejar hacer el checkout hasta las 12, es más, en la descripción de este apartamento reza que hasta las 12 el checkout...bueno okay, pero lo peor de todo es que fueron incapaces de habilitar algún sitio donde poder dejar nuestras maletas y mochilas, ya que nosotras no volvíamos a Madrid hasta las 16;30 que salía nuestro bus. Cómo no, nadie en la recepción y todo lo que hablé con la dueña/recepcionista Flor, fue por teléfono y siempre un no, como respuesta, que ellos no tenían ninguna habitación como consigna y que no nos las podían guardar... Eso fue lo peor, y más conociendo nuestra situación, con la persona con la que íbamos, muy poca empatía y humanidad. Nada le hubiera costado habilitar algún sitio para dejar nuestras pertenencias... Jamás volveremos por el trato dado y por las condiciones dadas a los huéspedes: 1 solo rollo de papel higiénico, sin tijeras en la cocina, un recogedor sin palo( para que te agaches con la escoba y recojas la basura como antaño) no dan toallas pequeñas de tocador, las toallas grandes son con un suplemento de 2€/u,... En fin, decepcionante

It was relatively clean and spacious. There is a good size balcony, but don't expect a view of the sea and bring your own table.

No towels provided and no handwash. Apparently you have to pay extra for those (€2 per towel I believe) after spending €170 for one night (and that's with a 10% Genius discount from Booking.com). Even the most budget 1 star hotels offer those for free. We would have overlooked everything else, but this really ruined the stay for us. The bedding was minimal and of low quality and the bathroom and bedroom doors are of the sliding type and they have a 3cm gap all around. The shower is small and the wall mount for the shower head is extremely low for anyone over 150cm. They also ask you to take the rubbish with you when you leave and to leave the kitchen as you found it, so not sure what they are doing for the €170. The location isn't great either, it's at the edge of the town in a pretty sad looking area.

Flor (the host) was really nice. She was flexible as we were arriving late and she was very communicative. The apartment is almost new, it was well equipped and clean.

The fact that the towels had to be paid separately (2€ per towel).

Amazing! The apartment was brand new, everything you could want and perfectly located for access to the town, beach and FiB.
