El apartamento está en el mismo centro, apenas unos pasos de la plaza mayor. A su alrededor se puede encontrar numerosos restaurantes y tiendas de todo tipo, por lo que hay muy buen ambiente en la zona. A nosotros nos tocó una habitación en la última planta (quinta), por lo que tuvimos suerte, ya que no escuchamos el ruido proveniente de las terrazas de los restaurantes y bares de la calle. La limpieza impecable y la cama muy cómoda. Ofrecen artículos de higiene como champú, crema corporal, etc. Una vez que se hace la reserva, el alojamiento se pone en contacto contigo a través de WhatsApp para informarte de cómo se realiza la recogida de llaves, horarios de entrada y salida, etc. Para cualquier consulta, te puedes comunicar con ellos a través de esta vía y es muy útil. Hay una recepción pero no está abierta las 24h.

El alojamiento indica que tiene aparcamiento pero no es así. Una vez que reservamos, nos informaron por WhatsApp que al estar el apartamento en una zona peatonal, no se puede acceder con el coche. Como opciones, nos dijeron que podíamos dejar el coche en un parking del Hotel Gran Don Manuel, que está a 500 metros aproximadamente. La reserva no se hace a través del alojamiento, sino que hay que llamar al parking y decir que tienes una reserva en este alojamiento para que te salga más barato. Recomiendo reservar porque las plazas suelen estar todas ocupadas.

The location was nice, bear in mind that you're not able to drive on the nearby streets. There are available parks about 5m walking distance from the apartments. The apartment overall, was well clean.

When we booked the apartment, the photos shown were VERY different from the real apartment. We have accepted to pay the value of 155€ per one night, because, if it matched the photos it would be very reasonable. However, when we arrived we were kind of disappointed (not to say worse) when we saw the bedroom, that looked most like an atic that was painted and with some furniture thrown inside, scratched and low ceilings. We were travelling with a 7 months baby, and that was the main reason for chosing a nice apartment, to have the much needed comfort to stay at home if by any chance it was needed. But, the apartment had zero comfort, we pretty much used it to sleep and take a shower because it was not welcoming at all. We have tried to understand in the reception why this happened, and there was no reasonable logic. They just said that usually the photos do not match the rooms and that we were lucky because the apartment was big. Well, we didn't wanted a big apartment, we just wanted a cosy and good looking one, like the ones shown in the photos. No other options were offered to us, which was also pretty disappointing. Before we left, the elevator was not working (theres a photo with the warning on the door), and we were on a 5th floor with a baby, bags, stroller... and no one at any moment took some time to offer help. All in all, it was terrible. If you decide to stay here, maybe you should try to confirm in which room you'll stay, otherwise you may also feel deceived.

Le falta un espejo para verte de cuerpo entero. La cocina no la utilizamos pero a simple vista tenía de todo lo imprescindible par estancias cortas

Beautiful space, central location. Walkable to parking garage (Obispo). Phenomenally clean and Patricia was beyond sweet, connected and helpful before and during the stay.

This apartment is basic but the price is extremely reasonable and the location (just a stone's throw from the Plaza Mayor) is fantastic!! The bed was very comfortable, the airconditioning worked well (very necessary in Extremadura in mid-summer) and the bathroom was clean and very serviceable. It would have been nice to have an electric coffee machine, but there were many restaurants close by that served coffee and breakfast at very reasonable prices.

We would have liked an electric coffee machine and perhaps a comfortable sofa, but these additions would no doubt have increased the rental price so we certainly aren't complaining!!

Great space and facilities - very central! Amazing terrace which we weren’t expecting.

Initially on check in the air con kept tripping the fuse but this was soon resolved by the helpful colleague.

How centric it is, you're right at the heart of the city. It's very clean and facilities are good. The staff is super friendly. So, unless you're as picky as i am (and even so) go on, get this one!

Well, it's inevitable, but the refrigerator makes quite the noise. I had to turn it off. Finally the privacy isn't much as you're face to face with another building's window's. At least that was my room.

at first we were given a smoking room, but with request we were moved.

The female work who greeted us was SUPER SUPER kind and polite. We ran into a small problem using a pot and she immediately helped us to resolve the problem just in a second! Thank you :) Rooms are clean and neat. Everything was just perfect! The location was just near the central.

The convenient location by the plaza mayor, and yet how quiet it was

A toaster oven would be a nice addition to the basic kitchenette.

Everything was wonderful! It was especially refreshing after some of the poor facilities we have been stuck in. Great location and near parking. You can't go wrong here.
