Very good noise insulation, good bar pricelist, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly staff. There is a shop in the premises which is very handy. The beach is a 2-3min walk and it's great for families, without waves and it has shallow waters. Also, good variety on the dinner buffet. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

There should be more sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. Pitty that you have to get there very early to grab a set. That is the only one, but important let down. Other than that, we have two comments, one being the pillows were a bit thick and stiff and the second is that the urinals in the pool area flush manually, which is not easy to realise

Very friendly and helpful staff. The direct connection to the beach offers an excellent positioning. Close to restaurants and small supermarkets. Far from the crowded mass-tourism places. Highly recommended.

Unfriendly bartender told us off because we started to take things from breakfast buffet at 7:40 instead of 7:45. We had to wait till the 5 minutes have passed although everything was set up and ready to use! After telling him that this is a ridiculous chicane he started mumbling in greek language. What a great staff! Breakfast could be better: There is no fresh coffee, they only provide instant coffee bags with hot water Only black and green tea Poor selection of fruit and vegetables No Nutella

Found it ridiculous that towels were on all the sunbeds from 6.30am.....but no one laid on them till 10.30am. So make sure you get up early to secure one

Relaxing stay! Big room with sitting area and sea view balcony. Polite and friendly staff. Path to sandy beach. Quiet area with supermarkets, restaurants around. Perfect location for walking/running at Protaras coastal promenade.

Good location.

We liked everything about Livas Hotel Apartments. We were given a lovely top floor spacious apartment overlooking the pool and sea view. The owners and staff were very welcoming and gave us excellent service. We enjoyed the breakfast and the swimming pool was a good size and clean. The location was perfect abd central to all the amenities of Pernera.

We could not find anything to dislike.
