Very cozy, well kept and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful at all times. You can easily get here from Grindelwald station by bus (it’s the last stop on line 121) which takes around 20 mins.

It is a bit far from the town center so you can’t really be spontaneous and go out at night (for dinner or whatever) because buses might stop running when you want to go back.

the location and the room size was great. staff was good. view from the window was amazing. They offered Sled to my kids so they could enjoy sledding.

breakfast was just Ok. No scrambled eggs included. breakfast was complimentary but the hotel charged us for boiled eggs. not much variety in breakfast. we could only eat croissants with butter and Jam and coffee. pillows were uncomfortable. need to be replaced for sure.

The location of the hotel away from the city is so relaxing!! To wake up in the morning and look at the beautiful mountains of Switzerland 🇨🇭 is amazing!! The restaurant is also great, we had breakfast and dinner and we were really satisfied

Spacious rooms. Bus from the station drops you right to the hotel (however, last bus is at 6:44pm so plan accordingly!). Clean, good breakfast. Terrific views from the rooms!

location is the key point in Grindelwald. I am not a fan of big crowds of tourist so the location outside of town for me was ideal. The restaurant was ok for swiss standards we are in Grindelwald Switzerland so every thing is paid at a premium. The selection on the menu was good. The breakfast was included and continental buffet type. The Hotel team is super friendly even with the large tourist masses that come through. We were received warmly and made feel at home with a good sense of humor and suggestions. There is bus transportation included in the room price to the grosse Scheidegg. Also free parking available at teh Hotel which too me is extremely important .

Quality of the food was average. the room was small for the price. No swimming pool in the house, but we knew that, in 3 star. It is a 5 star price though

good location if u plan to stay in grindelwald, far from city center 5 minutes by car but is better . cuz u have wide free parking .
