Maybe just the please makeup room/please do not disturb sign keeps flying off, but it's not that serious :)

ALL IN ALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE, JUST NEEDED A MICROWAVE LOL.

Nice and clean living space but had to ask for the sheets to be changed. spacious parking with lights to indicate parking vacancies and if it’s occupied or not. like how the lights turn on at night when driving to the parking lot. Friendly staff.

convenience store was closed, door had to be closed hard to make sure it’s secured.

I like the open hallways and the TV omg it had everything. Super dope.

I don’t really like the see through-ish window from the bathroom to bedroom.

They have netflix, affordable price with breakfast included, good location

Abby at the front desk is such a pleasant receptionist. She is so welcoming, so nice. The room was spacious and accomodating. The amenities were complete and useful. My Family and I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved it so much we booked it again for Memorial Day weekend.

It's renovated but money was obviously spent more towards looking good and not being good. Fridge in room takes forever to cool items down. Balcony with no seating. Big TV but wouldnt connect to its own wifi even with maintenance assistance, which was never resolved although front desk said they would come back. House keeping came but just took the trash, didn't care to sweep all the confetti on the ground (new years stay). I booked room for 4 but only 2 bath towels were in our room so I had to ask for 2 more. Also! Description says it comes with a microwave but surprise, you gotta pay for it IF YOU WANT IT DURING YOUR STAY.

Room A/C not working properly, thermostat set at 60 F but hall we was cooler than room

The room was spacious

The employee elmer had extremely poor customer service over the phone and in person. The cleaning staff did not clean the room good because we found other peoples things in the closet. They barely had hot water. It was hot for only a few minutes. They said it was an oceanview room but a wall was in front of us. We had to tippy toe to see the ocean. It was an exclusive suite and no view!

The close location to Tumon Bay and all of the restaurants. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the people are nice as can be. 💯🌊🏝🏖😎💚💙💯

I love the location of the hotel..Near to commercial area 🤗. Perfect view from the balcony.

Newly renovated room was beautiful. Amazing view of Tumon. Staff was very nice and helpful. Love the coffee machine in the lobby. Location is perfect. Parking garage was good, safe, and easy parking. WiFi good. Gave us a microwave when we asked!
