Location was great, near the city centre.
The beds were really uncomfortably soft, quite likely they were even broken.

The location was the best. Just 2 minutes walk from bus ststion. Everything was perfect .
There is no receptionist or anyone in person to discuss any issues if there should be any. I had to ask the cleaning lady to get in touch with the owner/manager fir an extension. However he was in site shortly and was generous with a discount.

I had a dorm room all to myself, which was great. Facilities were great, close to town, convenient.

Empty ? We were on a week day in summer and there was almost no one. Showers can't be closed with a lock, but separated by gender.

So near to the bus station. Walking distance to the town. I got the whole dorm for myself. Towels are provided.
The lower bunk is too low I couldn't even sit on my bed. Light in the room a bit too dim

Spacious accomodation, clean and tidy. There are as well separate showers for M and W.
Hostel is located cca 5 min of walking from the center of Kuressaare, where the restaurants and shops are located, and some minutes more from the castle and beach.
For me personally - too soft pillows (although some may prefer such).
Also, if you are arriving by car (like I did), you might get lost in those one-way streets if you do not check the exact location carefully in advance. :)

the main entrance door of the hotel is difficult to open when we leave, we need a new door, and the kitchen is heated for a long time, not hot

Perfect hostel in the center of Kuressaare. Clean rooms and other facilities. Very good staff, ready to help.
