Breakfast was great

The room was spotlessly clean. It had tea making facilities, en suite and telly. For just having to have a bed and rest, it's perfect. The location is excellent. Only a 2min walk into Tralee town, about 5mins drive from the Aqua Dome. Michael your host was very friendly and approachable. Ideal place if you are planning a shopping trip.

The shower pressure went a few times. The room was very stuffy, I switched off the radiator, I wasn't able to open the bedroom window, that could be because we were on the 4th floor. There is no breakfast provided. Even though I had read for an extra 9 euro per person there would be. I was told I could get stuff for breakfast and bring it back to our room, eg in the nearest supervalu or cafe, and because we stayed Saturday into Sunday, cafes don't open until 10am. Supervalu was an easy find, and there was fresh pastries. Rooms are not sound proof you could hear the couple next door arguing, which went on for 40mins, and you could hear the water tank filling because some one had a shower. No parking at the premises, but there is day parking nearby which isn't too expensive and I found it secure. .

Very central to everything. Just a 5 minute walk to the High Street. Fabulous choices for breakfast and lovely staff serving us.

A lot of correspondence was required in advance of arriving to ensure check in.

The staff were very kind and helped with anything you needed. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Location was excellent to walking distance for amenities. Highly recommend staying there and will stay there again myself.

fire alarm went off at approx 8am - and a few of us sensibly made our way out the front of the hotel. the alarm then stopped. no staff no explanation - pretty poor customer service in that instance!

Excellent location, all is within walking distance from town centre and train and bus station also close by. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is of good quality and enjoyable. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great quite place to stay. In the centre of the town, very close to everything. Broughs Pub has excellent food and is a 2 minute walk away.

Michael greeted us warmly like old friends (we had stayed there 8 days previously) and had already got our luggage out of storage before we even reached Reception as he had seen us on the CCTV. Breakfast was excellent.

Somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom would be useful. Also it struck us as strange that it was partly designed as an accessible bathroom (extra rail next to the loo etc) but only had an over-bath shower. Not that we needed an accessible bathroom, so it was fine for us, but it just seemed quirky!

Secure. Great location near park, restaurants. One night so all we needed was a good bed and rest. We got both on short notice.

A very comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Easy check in and out. A great location too, right beside the Garda Station!
