I had a clean and spacious room which also had a wonderful balcony which I used every night sipping a cold Red Horse. The staff are exceptionally well informed, friendly, available and ready to help but without ever becoming intrusive. They always answered my questions and helped me with my needs. They are a very pleasant staff. The resort is very relaxing and as I had a business / holiday it was just so perfect. I thanked for such a great time. I wholeheartedly recommend this for a British person as SM Bacoor is so close. There are pedicycles at your finger tips. And great restaurants a road crossing away.
Honestly - the chairs outside are very uncomfortable. And a second chair on the balcony.

Friendly staff, going out of their way to make you feel welcome, plus really good facilities!!
A few mosquitoes to keep me company, but hey they were on holiday too!! They were not a problem, not many, but even one is too much, right!!

Staffs: accommodating and helpful. They allowed a 7am checkin, tho i wasn't able to checkin at 7am due to sched mishap 😅
Facilities: with 1 pool for adults, 1 cute kiddie pool, jacuzzi (albeit the water was cold), sauna, billiard table, darts, karaoke room
Clean rooms, provided with water heater and mini ref
Room ceiling needs patching.
Maybe a big signage to direct guests to the exact location..

For a brief overnight stay, it was ok.
The photos on their website are most likely very old, like when they first opened several years ago. The property has aged and not been maintained properly which is pretty common for hotels in the Philippines. The breakfast for P200 was not worth it so I would recommend going elsewhere if possible. Also, the shower water pressure was very poor.

I really liked that there was something to do for adults as well as for children, they had space to walk around and to enjoy and relax.
They had good security and a relaxing environment.

We booked into the luxury suite, so we had everything we needed.
Staff very friendly. And were very obliging when we realised a few items we forgot to purchase from the store. They very kindly gave us cooked rice
