Well equipped with all necessary utilities and nice furniture

It’s on the ground floor and also street front, therefore you either shut the blinders and live in the dark or let people see into your room. It was also quite cold and humid due to these reasons.

Great to have own comfortable apartment with a kitchen after having stayed in 4 hotels prior to that.

Minor thing that did not take away on the experience is that the Wi-Fi was becoming slow when multiple devices are connected. With a single device it was no issue.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy and welcoming. Raffaella is a wonderful host who gave me all the information I needed to enjoy my stay, including how to get to places from the apartment. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend anyone who wants to visit Bologna to stay at this place. It made my holiday that much better. Thank you Rafaella.

The apartman was well-equipted. We appreciated tea and coffee for the breakfasts. The aircon was good and dishwasher was a pleasant surpsrise.

We were told that the late check-in (after 8pm) is paid, however in the end even though the plane was delayed, the host did not ask for the payment.

We loved staying here! Raffaella was so nice and made us welcome so quickly. The apartment is so sweet, really spacious, good air con and kitchen, it was perfect! The area is beautiful and there's a bus stop at the end of the road into the middle of town and to the train station, even though it's not that long to walk either. There's a little shop on the corner and 5 minutes to a big Coop. Would definitely stay here if we came back to Bologna!

The property was smartly organized and had everything we needed plus more. It was nice to be out of the more touristy section. We found an amazing local organic market nearby and other local shops and restaurants.

Had to remember some operating procedures because of the electrical infrastructure. Thankfully the host made the instructions very clear as she met us, anticipated questions, and included everything in her book.

Sweet and clean, quiet area close for walking, nice warm welcome with cofee and wine, kind and friendly host. All toghether a very pleasent experience, thanks Raffaella.

The apartment is quite spacious with all the equipment that you need - even it has a dishwasher. There are two air-conditioners so you may cool down. The host, Raffaella, was kind to turn on the central heating as the day we came to Bolonia was pretty cool. The apartment is in a typical Italian neighbourhood - close proximity to the trattoria that Raffaella highly recommended. It is close to bus stops (about 1 minute) and a grocery story (about 5 minutes). The bed was very comfortable and the whole apartment was very clean. The neighbourhood is peaceful.

The only little thing that I didn't like was that there were three quite transparent tiles at the top of the wall next to the bathroom so if someone turns on the light in the bathroom at night, there is some light in the bedroom.

Location is great and apartment is spacious.
