مساحة الغرفه مقبولة ،
حمام خاص مستقل ،
يوجد ثلاجة حجم وسط تعمل بشكل جيد ولكنها قديمة
يوجد اهتمام بالنظافه
الفرش قديم
يوجد قهوة عربية !
الاثاث قديم ومتهالك ،
بعض الادراج والخزائن مكسرة
لا يوجد لوحه تدل على الفندق ويبدو كأنها عمارة سكنيه
لايوجد موظف استقبال عربي
الاغطيه والمخدات يجب ان يتم تجديدها
لايوجد مناشف
علب المناديل قليله داخل الغرفه
اسعار البوفيه في الاستقبال مرتفعه جدا

Every thing is too bad
1- Name in booking not actual name.
2- location shared in booking not same location.
2- Ifollwed booking location after reach I call them, they said booking name and location is not same, they give me the actual name (Mersal Almalga), I took Taxi again then reach.
3- no clean very bad condition, building very old no supermarket aroun no restorant around.
4- no soap, no towels, ….
5- please remove them from booking. or force them to give actaul name and location.
I am thinking to rise the case to Authority.

وجود حشرات وصراصير في كل مكان في الغرفة.
مشي حالك ايش الواحد يسوي. امر الله وشق القربة.

Worse property, I have asked for a towel and soap but they didn’t bring it, I had to buy it by myself
No water, almost every is broken
Bad smell

Allowed late check out @3pm
Room lighting is very dull or dark, most of the ceiling lights were not working except one or two.
No comfort bed
No room warmer to heat up the room in winter time, it was very cold all day and night during my stay in January 2024
I will never consider this hotel in future anymore.

اختلاف الموقع في خرائط جوجل عن الموقع الحقيقي الشقة غير نظيفة ولا يوجد مناديل او ادوات صحية مثل الصابون وفرشاة الاسنان ، كذلك التلفزيون لا يعمل ، الرد على الهاتف لا يعمل ، لا توجد لوحة في واجهة الشقة بأسم الفندق
