Excellent place and location, clean and cozy. Everything needed for living is at place, kitchen with utensil, air conditioner, terrace. 5-10 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to couple of supermarkets and good and affordable local restaurants (ask Nilda for advice), 10-15 minutes to old town, bus station, port and market. Very friendly and helpful host, can advice you and help with other stuff.

Wi-Fi is bit slow, but this is vacation, not work.

Nilda, the host was great!! Arranged transportation from the airport and was waiting at the apartment. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. The apartment is small, suitable for 1 or 2.

This apartment is in a new block, with security doors at the front. It was in a quiet street in bacvice only a few minutes to the beach. It was a 15 minute walk to the centre of Split. The outdoor terrace was great to sit and enjoy the sun and to dry any clothes. Air con in the bedroom was great and the bed was very comfy. The hosts communication was great and organized a taxi for us from the airport. Would recommend!

Small kitchen and the hot water ran out after a short shower so if there are two people wanting longer showers, one will have to wait until the hot water recharges. But is easily managed.

The apartment has a perfect location in a quiet residential area. 4 minutes walk to the beach of Ovčice (small pebble), a bit crowded (end June/beginning July) but very nice. There you can rent a sun chair+umbrella for 70 KN per person for the whole day if you want. Bacvice beach (sand), which we didn't like at all (too many people), is a 10 min walk. Further away, 25 min walk from the flat, the beach we liked most in Split, the"Cox Bar" beach or Trstenik beach (small pebble). We bought a small sun umbrella in a market for 49 KN to survive the hot hours as we didn't find such a service there. The apartment is very confortable and clean, with a bedroom, a small dining room, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace. In any case there are many good restaurants around and several supermarkets (all 5-10 min walk). You can reach the historical center also with a 20 min walk. Nilda is a terrific host, always avaliable and really helpful. She will give you plenty of good tips on where to eat, where to change money with the best conditions, which places to visit, what to do, etc. She organized for us both taxi transfer from and to the airport, the first one on a super short notice. She will help you also booking organized tours from the city to the islands, the natural park, etc.

A small drawback is that the kitchen is just a small cooking area, so if you want to prepare a big meal it may be unconfortable, but for breakfast or a small dinner for 2 it is OK.
