Very pleasant room with nice sea view. Great contact with the host who tried his best to accomodate all needs. Very clean place, quiet, easy access with the lift. I haven't use much of the kitchen for breakfast but it was well equipped. Overall good value for the room.I would highly recommend it.

Wifi wasn't working the best in the evenings. The room need some update and bit of renovation but it was exceptionally clean so this balanced the issue.

I don't like anything about it. The croissant from monday was fresh. Maybe the onwer was kind at first.. he even bought me a drink and took us to a restaurant that was racist but afterwards he started to be rude.

Family Room should have seperate rules, owner should be around more often, stop texting and calling customers it is not professional, investigate before you blame customers. We arrived on the Friday. The onwer made us wait for hours before he came. And after the whole chaos he later gave us a room. Then he emphasized on the fact that it is house and we can't eat in the room. I HAD CHILDREN (2years and 1 year old) and was expecting me to eat outside even in the middle of the night. He kept texting and calling and blamed me for what i didn't do. Fruits were not fresh. There were ants in the kitchen. I was given permission to use kitchen but he just kept calling for no reason. I decided to buy fruits and he complained. I had my personal rubbish in my balcony for over 2 days. The management of the property was just not professional at all... called all the time to tell me it is his house and he has the right to call to tell me whatever. So not professional, at a point he asked the cleaning lady to collect my documents.. like who does that???? How will an onwer ask another person (we do not know) to be collecting passport from clients??? So not professional!

I was so disappointed because on his site he promised American and Italian breakfast but all he brought in every morning were just croissant n fresh breads or egg. The kitchen has no toaster or sandwich maker, it smells horribly I guess due to past visitors trying to make use of what was available to make tea or warm milk without the cleaner taking time to check and clean properly. I had alot of bad experience at this bnb.

First we were meant to check in on the 15th of August which I made clear on my booking but he mailed and said because we will be coming to town late there won't be anyone to check us in so we had to change our checking in date to 16th which I did not have a problem with. Before our flight from Rome to Reggio he mailed and I replied telling him we will be coming to check in on or before 4pm. We got to the bnb at around half 3 but guess what he was no were to be found. I dont speak Italian but lucky me the 2nd family I went with speaks Italian and has a family in reggio which made it easy 4 use to call him and asked him were he was and that we were outside the gate of the apartment. Apparently there were other guests waiting to check in with him but he was no were to be found. Anyway to stay the worse, the bnb was fully booked and there was no room for me but there was room for the other family I came with and I had a son with me whom I had to change and feed. We had to sit there for hours and he later said he could take me somewhere else. I was so disappointed would have left but I had paid in full for my stay before going there. He finally got me a roo. Which was some kind of reserved room and I had to wait for it to be cleaned then the worse started he began to give rules. We to almbthe guest through the help of my Italian friend that we cannot use the kitchen that can only enter the kitchen between 7.45am and 10am. I have kids and the cant just eat croissant every morning they need to be fed properly. It was just alot of disappointing experience. I have alit to right but will stop here.

Great staff and the hotel was very clean.

If you have a car, the location of this place is great. However, if you're like me and have no personal transport, be prepared to walk *uphill* from the beach to the hotel.
