Posizione fantastica tra pineta e mare! Bellissima piscina, ambiente tranquillo sopratutto in bassa stagione e ottimo ristorante. Alloggi semplici ma funzionali!

Niente, tutto perfetto

Nice residence in the shade, with friendly hosts and staff. Super and very clean swimming pool with a lot of quality sunbeds etc. Within walking distance nice beaches and on the nearest free chairs+sunumbrella. Although the breakfast is typical Italian (1 sweet croissant+1 fruit juice and 1 hot drink as a good cappuccino) the quality is perfect and the staff friendly. So we ate our Dutch breakfast at home and the Italian in the bar, our coffee stop at 9.30.

The worst were the fires (not acceptable that garden workers on the park nearby burnt the grass with awful smoke and smell. Our reception already asked the workers not to do this, but without result. We are the opinion that the direction need to talk with the directors of the other park. On our park is the problem of barbecues that guests can burn on several spots on the park. We find that very dangerous, because of all the, dry, pines and so. A better idea were not te permit any fire (as in France), or second best solution: one commun barbecue on a safely made spot, far from the living buildings and guests who, like we, don't like smoking things (bad and unpleasant for our lungs and breathing organs and it smells awful those burning sticks). The windows of our studio don't have glass. So when it's chilly, or even cold weather, you do not have the possibility to keep the warmth inside. In warmer times there is a ceiling ventilator, but unfortunately it has only one speed, which is rather loud. The studios are linked to each other and there were guests all around us. When you get rumorous guests near you, you will need earplugs. The cleaning product that is used has a too nasty smell/odour. A more neutral one would have our preference.

IS VERY BAD MANAGEMENT, the place need lots work to do,

A unique location unlike no other . Excellent proximity to the beach with the finest sand anywhere in Italy . Quiet at nights , well furnished rooms . Comfortable beds and appreciated time taken to chose the best ,firm mattresses anyway . Best of all , was the excellent ,brilliant value for money at the lower ' September ' price . I enjoyed a nice welcome tour by staff . I hope clever pricing by the resort will mean they will be kept busy and profitable until the end of September . A truly wonderful location ,especially for us who had travelled all the way from England for a 2 week sunny break .

There is very little I would ask to improve for the price we paid in September . However , maybe the road to the property might be better tarmaced . -everything else was simply excellent . Saluti !!!!
