Location was very central and great.

Room was noisy. Crowd noise from outside is easily heard.

No dishwasher. A little bit of more maintenance would be good (some lamps were not working, …)

* We booked this place because of the location; I would say it was the right choice. It is between the Alcazar and the Cathedral, the 2 main areas. Also being next to Plaza Zocodover made accessing it easy * huge bright rooms. Not your typical apartment with little space around the beds. It can easily fit multiple additional beds. Lots of windows with a view of the nice shops on the street. * The flat seems recently renovated. Everything looks new and nice. * Having 2 bathrooms was a big plus. It is hard to find for a 2 bedroom apartment. * Well-furnished apartment with quality furniture. Bed mattresses and pillows are super comfortable and of good quality. * The host obviously puts a lot of effort into preparing this place. It has everything we needed down to rubber bands :-) * Host was responding to text messages very quickly, was very helpful, and speaks English well. * The apartment looks much better than in the photos. At first, I hesitated to book it because other apartments looked better, but it turned out, that this apartment looks way better than its photos.

Something was wrong with the wifi. It was super slow. We rebooted the router a couple of times. After reboot, it was fast then it slowed down again. It was not a big deal as we were only checking emails and looking for info occasionally.

Great location right where you need to be, and a very spacious and modern apartment.

Kitchen was slightly under-equipped, we like to cook and we felt we were disadvantaged. We also had a bit of trouble with the elevator, where we got a bit trapped once or twice with it going up and down continuously, but this was more humorous than being a critique

Location was in the heart of old Toledo— a fun place to be, everything within walking distance. Comfy apartment, nicely updated, very clean. Host sent a video with check in instructions, very clear.

Be aware that this area is very noisy late into the night and early morning! Also, host did not respond to our request to replace a missing lightbulb and fix a sink drain.

Great location! It has 2 toilets for a 2 Bedroom apartment. The apartment is super big and clean. Everything looks new! A new sponge and table cloth are provided (where most apartment provide used sponge), beside cooking oil, salt and tea…very thoughtful! My best stay in my 19 days in Spain. Very kind host who helped us with our heavy luggage and booked a taxi during our checked out.

A building opposite is under renovation. No noise disturbance at all, but it is so near that make the lookout from the window unsightly

The apartment was spacious, with all the required facilities. It was very clean and the furniture is in good condition. It is also in a very goo location, with everything literally within 5 minutes at most, and with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The check in process was very easy, keys are available in a lock box if checking in outside of working hours, and it is very easy to use the app for the documents. When anything was required hosts were readily available to solve the issue,

The only thing I would say is that more attention should be paid to the number of guests, we had to call the host so they could bring us extra bed sheets since these had not been prepared. Also the coffee machine is not functioning properly, I would suggest this to be replaced.
