The location- right on the water and beach. Breakfast was great. Rooms are very nice and some even had a stove so we made dinner. Located next to a great restaurant. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. Great place and woukd stay here again and recommend. Big parking if u drive which is rare.

Prachtige ligging aan zee. Ontbijt was op terras aan zee. Ontbijt was goed. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de zoon die ook goed Engels sprak. We hadden een vierpersoons appartement en de bedden werden zelfs opgemaakt.
Alles was prima. Authentieker pension, maar heel netjes en schoon. In Podstrana is weinig te zien, maar Split en Omis zijn leuke plaatsen in de buurt.

The view and location is really beautiful
The room was not comfy and frayed. There was no kettle in the kitchen zone. The room had two levels. It was cold upstairs.

The room is very practical and has all the things you need, and is decently priced.
The location of the villa is very good. There is a restaurant next door, and a bakery in front. Also there is a Studenac within 2 minutes walk

The owners are very good and improve the experience a lot. There were small issues in our room number 3, which they tried to fix as soon as we let them know
Room ventilation and Bathroom ventilation can be improved for hot and humid summer days.(Owners provided a fan to help improve )
Bed mattresses were worn out (they flipped the mattresses to make it a little more comfortable), I am pretty sure they will upgade them soon.
Lot of noise - I woke up in the middle of the night all 3 nights (other guests were not very loud, but could hear everything including door opening/shower/toilet flush of neighbours above us and next to us).
Lighting in the room could be improved to make it a little brighter

This hotel is situated on a great location. It's close to Split (10 minute drive with car). And it's next to the beach with a very nice setting. It's a relaxing environment and you can enjoy a wonderful sunset. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.
We booked a 'deluxe room' but this was not as expected:
- the room is very small
- the twinbed is a small version (not large is described)
- there is no wifi in the room, only in the hallway
- the included breakfast is very basic

Locationis the best just beside the beach.
Room quite big enough for whole family, with nice sea view balcony.
We was lived there three nights and kids was so happy and very fun with sea and beach.
Nearby Centre split only 15mins by car. ATM and supermarket also nearby only 10 - 15mins by walking.
House was cleanig every day, very nice.
By the way, Kettle is broken and easy burning the hands. Please change it.
If have change we will back.

Friendly owners, free sunbeds, beach right in front of you. Large enough free parking for everyone.
Please improve breakfasts. I am not criticizing but give you some pointers:
1. Eggs are good, but not every day :D There is no real alternative for a hot meal early morning.
2. Coffee is awful (sorry I am being honest), buy a coffee machine.
3. What you are giving us to drink is not a juice, it is an orange drink that contains 0% of juice. If you can't afford a juice, plain water would be better and definitely healthier.

The room is rather dated. And they need to pay more attention to cleanliness. There is an aged level of dust in the ventilation fan and in A/C. Besides the A/C barely works and it isn't enough to make room warm.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Right on the gravel beach. Good breakfast is served on the patio adjacent to the beach. Convenient free parking.
Provided incorrect wifi password in welcome email. Hand held shower head stream could etch glass & is very uncomfortable to use.

Location is perfect - hotel is right on the beach, it provides free sunbathing equipment for its guests. Staff is professional and attentive, whole hotel makes you feel that you are really at a vacation :)

Excellent room with spectacular view of Adriatic sea. Not bad breakfast and service. Huge parking spot for cars. Clean sea and quit area. Local shops around. Very good value for money. Sunbeds available with umbrellas. Superb restaurant next door Amigos. We had great dinner there.
