Beautiful condo in a beautiful faux Roman building right on the water with a spacious balcony. Fabulous views and sunset. Clean, spacious, comfortable with breeze blowing through the condo from one end to the other. Great separation between the 2 bedrooms. Comfortable furnishings. Full kitchen with all dishes and utensils. Easy free parking. Nice pool, but it was not open! Has an elevator.

Communication with owner was via email, took a long time to get a reply. No instructions for how to turn apartment on. Electricity was not on, didn't know I had to turn it on at the breaker box. Didn't know wi-fi user name and password were on bottom of modem, by the time I found out it was too late to use. Pool was closed, I was not informed of this in advance! The pool was one of the major reasons I stayed there. We were there pre-season (early May), there was only one restaurant open in the entire area. It was too far away from Cartagena to go there for dinner. NOTE: I don't think this would be an issue during tourist season, there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

Great location and helpful staff. The views are spectacular. The apartment is very close to a lovely beach.

The kitchen was very basic. It lacked elementary equipment like proper kitchen knives, pots, etc. It was only possible to prepare breakfast. It would be great to have a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Check in wasn’t until 6pm. Doesn’t give you much time in the apartment on the first night.

Location is great between Mar Menor and Mediterranean and has own parking. Staff friendly, great cafe/bar and property was clean. Great having balconies on both sides of the building.

No air conditioning or wifi in the property. The mattresses are very hard.
