Pernele de proasta calitate,ar trebui schimbate draperiile,iar la cada ar trebui pus un suport pentru dus,acesorul pentru dus exista dar nu are un suport pentru el,ar trebui si un termostat pentru reglarea temperaturei in camera,totusi este catalogat la 5*

Great fresh breakfast and staff. The location is very central in Poiana Brasov.

Probably once it was 5-star hotel but now it is already shabby and needs to be redesigned and refurbished. The pool is good but also lacks some maintenance.

A very unique small hotel in a very special place. Breathtaking views, all what you need from a high cathegory hotel at small, but quality range. I loved the feeling of the wood :) Good breakfast, safe parking, and lots of possibilities for endless mountain walks. Special mention for the staff, they were lovely in all their intentions to help us with anything we need, but also in keeping us smiling :)

A pity they do not have an on-site restaurant, I bet it would be also special :)

the size of the apartment and location and that there was free parking

there is no lift at the property and having a child to carry up the stairs or luggage it is a big no for me !
