Fabulous one night stay here. The accommodation was generous in size, spotlessly clean and with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in.The hosts were charming and went out of their way to make our stay a happy one. Breakfast was a joy and plentiful with extras that made it a bit more special like home made jams and cake/ local cheeses and the best tasting bacon and ham. We will definitely return to this area and this little gem and hopefully stay longer next time

I like most things......but the owners went out of their way to make us feel at home. We had some guest for a couple of hours and they were very helpful with everything.Breakfast was great......they will do anything for you...

Katina and her husband have been very nice to us, they even got us better room than we expected. Location of hotel is perfect, enough space for parking and breakfast was simply delicious. Uuu and shower was amazing, hot and strong pressure. Highly recommended.

We were well taken care of by the owners. Breakfast is very nice, made by the owner, who will aso give you some tips about local attractions. The pool was under the maintenance but it didn't affect the overall positive experience.

The furniture was a bit oudated, but bed was comfortable.

The accommodation itself was very pleasant. The room was clean and big. We also had a nice breakfast for 5€. The best thing about the accommodation however was the personnel. Especially this incredibly lovely and kind home lady who managed to get us a discount for our boat trip, offered us her home-made cake and even gave us a ride to the harbour when we had a problem with our car. I can truly recommend this hotel to everyone. We had an amazing time especially thanks to the incredible personnel.

Older but well kept apartment hotel, clean, well equipped room, comfortable beds, quiet location, we had a room at the ground floor and we could park jus outside the entrance

Genuinely the warmest welcome I’ve received from fabulous hosts. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. The room was spotlessly clean and although basic, was equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was amazing, the lovely owner had even bought in chocolate milk for our daughter especially. Will definitely return, ideal for exploring a beautiful part of the island.

Old building, we woke up the first morning to find the bathroom flooded due to the leaking toilet flush, also the next night there was an electricity power failure that lasted from 11pm until the early hours. On the day of our departure the owner informed us in front of other guests that the replacement of the toilet flush in our room had cost her €500 and kept asking us how that had happened (the leaking toilet ) . She was asking in a very persistent way. She made us feel , that she believed that we had something to do with the damage!

Hotel is located in about twenty minutes by feet from the beach, by car it will take about 5 minutes (max). The room was very clean and big as for two people. We could park our car near our balcony. The location is perfect for the holiday: quiet, clean, not far from the sea. Owners of this place are very kind, friendly and always-ready-to-help people! I highly recommend to stay in Kozis hotel apartments! :)

The wi-fi signal in the room was not good, but it was perfect in the public area of the hotel!)

Amazing hosts! Everything about this property exceeded my expectations! Katina, her husband are the nicest hosts I have met in Cyprus. I liked it here so much I extended my stay. A quiet location and a huge apartment. The bed was so comfortable I had no issues having afternoon siestas or sleeping in the evening. Good ventilation and ac in the apartment and a lovely space to come back and relax after a busy day of exploring. The pool is well maintained and lovely to sit by in the morning having breakfast. Breakfast was great and Katina's omelette's are a hit with all the guests! I was even able to request Cypriot coffee every morning and it was offered with a smile every time! I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely come back next time I am in Cyprus.

Old premises BUT Very very very clean . Friendly owners and staff

The family running the place are the friendliest people and Mrs Katina especially makes you feel so welcome and part of the family. Anything you need she is there to help. The apartments were exceptionally clean and spacious. The beds are huge and comfortable. Generally a great place to stay, would definitely visit again!
