My family and myself were absolutely pleased with this home, it was very cozy and clean! Very beautiful and well kept! We didn't want to leave. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The home was very clean and as described. All amenities were provided as listed. An outdoor grill onsite would be the only change I would recommend. Great villa!

We came down for baseball tournament. This house what what we expected. Plenty of space and light. Very clean and well kept. The pool is nice.

I rented the house in Southern Dunes for the month of April. The area is safe and quiet and close to a grocery store and Walmart. The house was just as advertised. The pool was enjoyed by all.

We rented this property for a Disney/Universal Studios trip. House was clean, check in process was easy and hassle free. Prompt response from owner and property manager. The commute to the parks was a bit longer than expected, it took 45 -60 minutes to get there because of traffic and construction but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall the place was very nice . It was very warm though. I think because we didn't know how to adjust the temperature,but the house is really nice and the neighborhood is nice. We felt very safe because it's a gated community. The pool was nice. The bedrooms are spacious and the entire house was very clean.

Beautiful spacious home. Quiet and peaceful. Everything was as it should be and more and fit description very well. We had no issues , easy access to home, & short distance to shopping. communication & response time was great . Could not have had a more enjoyable week! We do plan to stay return in future.

This experience was the perfect VRBO experience! The property was exactly as described, all details were well communicated, there was no reason to contact the property manager as everything was already provided! The property is in the perfect location with Walmart and Dollar tree along with plenty of other stores and restaurants right outside the gated community.

House is in great condition and was perfect for what we needed. Only issue we had was the pool heat never seemed to work but the property manager was great with responding to concerns!

The home is as advertised. Walking distance to groceries, Walmart and Winn Dixie. The home is very clean and the management company replied to any requests promptly. The owner is quick to reply to any emails.

Before check-in: Great communication from owner. Check-in: Easy with an electronic lock and code provided via email in the days prior to arrival. The neighborhood: Private gated community on a nice golf course. Quiet, clean, houses are very close together but we barely saw any other people. The house: Very clean. Large open floor plan living, dining, kitchen areas. 3 full baths (one in the hall, one in the master suite, and one in another of the 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a soft mattress on a king sized bed. The room has sliding door that goes out to the pool. The master bathroom also has a door that goes out to the pool area. The living room has a sliding door that goes out to the pool. Other bedrooms had a queen bed (with its own bathroom), and the last two bedrooms each had two twin beds. Kitchen has electric glass top stove. Pots and pans are like new. Plenty of flatware, plates, bowls, etc. Laundry machines are dated but work well. They are in the garage. There is no grill for outdoor cooking. Lots of towels. Overall, we loved our stay. We would recommend this place and would stay again. 15 minutes from Lego land. 25 minutes from Magic Kingdom. 1 hr and 15 minutes from Tampa Airport. Walmart is right around the corner. Lots of other stores and restaurants close by. We ordered our groceries for the week from Aldi and arranged for them to be delivered just as we were arriving.

Everything was great with this property, especially the ease of check-in and departure. The property manager was always available if needed, although everything went smoothly. Everything was clean and there were plenty of items available to maintain our daily necessities. Would stay here again if in the area.

This was not out first stay in Southern Dunes, the neighborhood is quiet and clean.. The house was the perfect size to have friends and family visit. The two living areas made it perfect for multiple conversations without trying to talk over each other. Kitchen had what we needed. Pool area was very nice with shaded area with patio table and chairs. Master bed was super comfy!!
