Elisabetta is a kind and friendly host. There is plenty of room, the bathroom in particular is excellent and the beds are comfortable. There are some rather eccentric elements of decor, including a toy bird which sings when one of the many lights is switched on - slightly annoying late at night! The immediate area is rather anonymous, but it's a good base for getting into Verona and out to Garda and the mountains.

We have stayed at a lot of bed and breakfast and VRBO properties. This was without a doubt the best experience we have ever had. Elisabetta and Stefano were incredible hosts. They were so friendly and did everything possible to make our stay the very best. We added the breakfast option and Elisabetta prepared a superb feast for us. There was no way we could eat all she had prepared and it was all fresh and homemade. The feeling of being truly in Italy with local people (now friends) so exceeded the bland hotel experience most travelers receive. We could not recommend staying here more highly. It was the best part of a vacation that included a Greek island cruise, touring Venice and touring Milan. If you go to Verona to see the sights and want to experience Italian hospitality, stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

Elisabetta was a very hands on host and our family had the best time in Italy by making their home our base while we explored the cities near Verona. The home was located near the city but just perfect to still not have a problem driving to and from, the home was cozy and the amenities helped us feel at home. Thank you so much for being so gracious and welcoming during our stay!

Verona Vispa Teresa was an excellent home away from home! Elisabetta and Stefano are very welcoming and helpful. The provisions made for a very comfortable stay and was located to several restaurants and stores. We highly recommend staying here if in the area.

We have been staying for a week in this magnificent house during this past month of July (2022). The experience has been very positive. Everything perfectly clean and conditioned. The house is decorated with immense taste and affection. you feel from the first moment really at home. The fully equipped and functional kitchen. The living room is very spacious and extremely comfortable. The spacious and comfortable rooms with beds that allow you to rest. The bathroom, simply spectacular. The entrance porch is ideal for lunch or dinner or just relaxing. All this conditioned with an incredible taste. If you have a big car there is no problem with parking. Air conditioning throughout the house is a blessing on these summer days. Elisabetta and Stefano are an awesome couple, caring people in extrem. Lovely. It is a pity that we did not have time to deal with them in many more ocassions. In short, a highly recommended option in Verona. Thank you Elisabetta and Stefano for your attention and treatment. We stayed a week at Vispa Teresa: a lovely spot in Verona. The place is situated quite near the center of Verona and easy to acces by bus. The host, Elisabetta is very kind and helpful and she has done a great job decorating the place. The apartment is perfect for a familily such as ours: parents and 3 children/young adults. This property was fantastic. Very comfortable, great living space, kitchen and bathroom. Family owners are very warm and had great recommendations for local eateries including some within walking distance. Definitely need a car to do site seeing. Parking and access is very easy. Would highly recommend.

Lovely ground floor property with three generous bedrooms, spacious bathroom, kitchen with dining and sitting area. The terrace was a bonus in the evening. Location is close to Verona with easy access to the airport and Lake Garda. Short distance to Verona and local shops. Elisabetta was so welcoming - such a lovely family. We hope to go back again.

We stayed in the house with our 3 teenager children and felt very much welcome. The owners live upstairs and our house was very characteristic thanks to Elisabetta's love for details. Stefano brought us kindly fruit and wine. Beds were excellent and there is a great pizzeria and supemarket really closeby. We only missed an extra toilet but that's because we travel with 5 people. Sehr liebevoll und detailreich eingerichtetes Apartment mit zum Teil selbstgebauten Möbeln. Alles notwendige in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und stets hilfsbereit. Bei einem Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Die Lage ist sowohl für einen Ausflug nach Verona als auch zum Gardasee gut geeignet. Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäckerei stehen unweit der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Für unseren Urlaub war es eine perfekte Unterkunft und können sie guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Our hosts, who live on the property, were so welcoming helpful and generous. We felt like part of the family. Yet if you want privacy you can have that too! We loved the feel of the home made decor and furnishings, our teenagers loved their bedrooms. We spent a lovely week taking in the sights and sounds of Verona, Lake Garda and Venice. Perfect central base for the region.

Elisabetta & Stefano are lovely hosts and cannot do enough for you. They live with their two lovely daughters above the apartment. Elisabetta is very talented and took pride in showing us all her craft work she has made. The bedrooms are beautiful, lovely crisp linen and very comfortable beds. As my husband has mobility problems one of the reasons I chose this accommodation was that it had a lovely bathroom and wet-room. Elisabetta even brought a chair in so my husband could use it whilst showering. At the beginning of our holiday my husband had a nasty mosquito bite which needed attention. Elisabetta offered to take us to the local pharmacy for advice. The pharmacist advised that my husband should be seen at a hospital and Elisabetta very kindly said she would go with us. Having her accompany us in a strange place was of great value, Everything is close at hand e.g, deli, patisserie, local restaurant which was just down the square. We ate at the restaurant on a number of occasions and found it to be very reasonable. There is a supermarket also very close and fuel station. We drove into Verona on the Saturday morning and used one of the underground car parks. My husband was able to show his Blue Badge on departure so we weren't charged for a ticket. We also found plenty of disabled bays at Lake Garda. The airport is only 15 minutes away by car. We drove into Lazise on Lake Garda which took us 20 minutues. We can highly recommend a stay at Vispa Teresa and say: 'GRAZIE' Elisabetta, Stefano and family.

A delightfully charming property, designed with love, and practically equipped for self-catering (although B&B is also available). It's homely, romantic, and generously sized enough for a family of 4-5. It's spotlessly clean, and quiet. Air-conditioning makes it comfortable, even in the 35°C daytime/25°C nighttime heat we had in August. The bathroom is fabulous, with an obscenely large shower! Wi-fi is fine for mobile use, but might be a stretch for TV streaming (I brought an Amazon FireTV stick and connected to 4G roaming, which had strong signal). The hosts, Elisabetta and Stefano, live upstairs with their family (via a separate entrance) and are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. It's a real plus to know they're close by in case of any questions. There's a bus service nearby, and the hosts have (adult) bikes available to rent, but I recommend hiring a car if arriving by air, for the convenience. The apartment is behind an automated gate from the road, and has reserved parking, shared with the host family. The airport is about 15 minutes by car, while a supermarket (open 8am-8.30pm daily) is about 150m up the road. For visiting Verona city, there's free parking five minutes' drive towards the centre at Porta Palio, which is a 10 minute walk from Verona city centre, and a few minutes from the rail station. Lazise on Lake Garda is about 20 minutes drive away.

Lovely roomy ground floor flat with 3 lovely bedrooms a lovely spacious shower and well appointed kitchen. It was very quiet and a bonus for us was the off road parking and space to sit outside, and also being very close to the centre of Verona. Lovely relaxing holiday.

The place was amazing! Just as described. Probably the most charming house we've ever been in, thanks to Elisabetha who designed the place in a beautiful and artistic way. The house was big, clean, well equipped and with great beds. Elisabetha and Stefano were very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!!

If you don't mind a short hop on the Bus into the centre of Verona then I highly recommend this place. Very clean, a little quirky and a charm all of it's own. However it's the wonderful welcome one gets from it's owners thats a real draw. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm in town..... Oh, it's good value as well.

We have stayed in self catering houses and apartments all over Europe and this ranks as one of the best. Elisabetta and Stefano make sure you have absolutely everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Elisabetta's interior design work in every room is outstanding. If you stay, do spend some time studying her designs and marvel at her attention to detail.

Perfect. Utterly beautiful apartment equipped with everything you would need during your stay. Air conditioning makes the hot days and nights more comfortable. Stefano and Elisabetta are amazing hosts and have an excellent command of English to go with our very little Italian speaking. Elizabetta has put her heart into the beautiful decorations and antique accessories. The bedrooms are gorgeous and create a very relaxing experience. Perfectly situated to visit Lake Garda, Verona Central and many other areas. Will look forward for returning soon.
