The street behind window is very noisy especially in the evening and night.

Overlooking the beach so scenery was fantastic and is situated in the middle of everything. Owner was very helpful. Facilities were pretty good.

Could have done with a more thorough cleaning before we arrived but it was ok.

The location couldn't have been better. We were right in front of the beach and surrounded by restaurants. The apartment was clean and had 2 balconies upon which to enjoy the weather. The appliances were easy to use and we wanted for nothing.

The building is in need of some upkeep and modernizing. It wasn't falling apart, but it felt like it had been abandoned recently.

Great location right at the front. Good view of the beach. Great communication from owners and from Aubrey who manages the apartment. Flat has all the necessaries you need for a comfortable stay (cooker, microwave, washing machine, diswasher, pots & pans and cutlery etc.). Also an excellent smart TV (all Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime etc. connectable if you have your own accounts) and a great WiFi connection for family movie nights in. That's something you dont always expect on a rental. Great restaurants nearby, supermarket downstairs. Lots of great bars, fast food outlets and Irish Bars. For people who want to get into the water, you can rent SUPs, surfboards, wetsuits nearby (about a 15 minute walk along the main walkway to Rocha Surf shop). Lots of other companies hiring bikes, or tours in boats to Benagil caves. We also really appreciated the welcome box with wine, tea, coffee etc. after a long trip.

The size and equipment etc in the apartment provided everything we required... The only one exception was a conventional oven, we like to cook... The view from our window/balcony was exceptional and very rewardingly pleasant as were the noisy seagulls that occasionally perched on our balcony railings...

Not sure really... we have stayed in and around Praia da Rocha on a number of occasions and were fully aware of the 'strip' as such nights and weekends were expectedly very noisy which although didn't bother me that much were disturbing to Kate and would be to any light sleeper... The balance would always be staying in such a central location well serviced by all kinds of bars and restaurants and a very useful very local supermarket...

How close everything, bars, restaurant and beach were.

No Not Tub!!! Booked this place because of the not tub, which it listed first in the description. Didn't even have a broken one. Never had one. LIARS!!!
