family owned center of town and close to beach

the rooms were spacious but the air conditioning was not strong enough to cool the entire apt. my suggestion would be ceiling fans to circulate air throughout the area

The location of the hotel is excellent!

the bathroom is outside of the room, but its a privat bathroom so it was fine.

Very close to the beach and restaurants. The overall villa is quiet and peaceful.

You have to go to the restaurant of the owners to grab the keys first but it was no problem for us! The restaurant is very close (2 minute walk) and easy to find.

The blue room that we were in is very large, however it faces the main street so you can hear people on the street talking etc. The location is great in the centre of the village, the village itself is very quaint and the train station to visit Cinque Terre / Genova is short walk away. The owners are very nice and helpful, the private parking box is very convenient as well.

The mattress is a bit too soft and the room has a bit of a damp smell bc you cannot open the shutters if you don’t want mosquitos / people from the street. I don’t remember seeing an AC. If you are a light sleeper, you might be bothered by all the noise in the house from people walking, moving chairs etc

We had the room with the private toilet in the hallway. Unfortunately the toilet was very humid and therefore quiet a bit of mold on the walls

Nice place, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Easy to get to rail station. Landlord provided tips and useful informations. Private parking lot is big plus (for those who travel by car of course). Moneglia is nice small city and perfect to run the Cinque Terre visit.
