awesome garden and living room

limited hot water for high number of people but it would be a problem if there is very cold which is unlikely these days in Sicily 😅

It is a super original house, creatively done and very close to the sea. Heavenly garden, really taken care of, it’s a pleasure eating outside even in November.

I didn’t give it a 10, because many things are starting to feel a bit dated (bathrooms for instance), it could use some investement.

I liked the design of the house, the spacious living space with French windows in the beautiful garden

There was no kettle or toaster.

This is a characteristic house with a outspoken personal touch of the owner. Airconditioning in livingroom and 2 of the bedrooms was good working. The garden is nice with lots of flowers and plenty of seats to enjoy the outside. The interior of the villa was simple but adequate and clean. A cosy colourful welcome with nice touches such as bathrobes , parasols for the beach and some cookingingredients. The sea is 3 minutes walking from the house. You can enter the sea by a ladder after 7 minutes walking. You must be a good swimmer. The water is rather deep. We were happy with the nice atmosphere and easy living.

On googlemaps you see another house which is directly at the sea. The number of the house is not correct but all the other pictures on booking are reliable. At some points (facilities and bathrooms) the house is clearly showing it's age. The room with the bunkbed is very small and hot and only suited for children or tiny adults. However there are much more positive points to mention. I can recommend this house for family or friends but max. 4/6 people (unless bathrooms get a upgrade). Internet was poor but did't matter since we were on vacation.
