An excellent base for a visit to this interesting city. Well equipped, comfortable, friendly contact and helpful.

This was a very nice, large apartment. Location was within walking distance of everything. It was easy to do day trips from here to Venice and Verona.

We had a delightful week at Casa Ninetti. The apartment is charming and well laid out for a couple. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It has a lovely outdoor space, and is nice and bright in the mornings. There is beautiful artwork as well. It is located in one of the best places for visiting the old city. Just at the mid-way between Prato delle Valle and Basilica di Sant’Antonio di Padova. There is a tram stop right outside the door to take you anywhere else in the city. We took the tram several times, but also went everywhere on foot, as it is all so close to this apartment. There are many excellent restaurants in this area. We particularly enjoyed Vecchio Falconiere and Osteria Ai Scarponi. The coffee shop across the street, Cafe Sant’Antonio is also excellent. Our host Andrea met us on arrival and gave us a lot of helpful information. Thank you for hosting us Andrea! Casa Ninetti is wonderful, and we hope to return some day.

Angela met us at the metro stop and provided us with a map and even answered a late email from us regarding transportation which was greatly appreciated. Padova was a stopover for us on our way to Venice but we could have spent a few more days there for sure!

Just lovely—cozy, simple, homy. Just off the tram line which made for easy access to the train station and day excursions elsewhere. Angela was accessible so when we needed an extra set of keys, she was right there in a jiffy. Courtyard was great for morning coffee and evening wine. Easy to run home, relax, then go out again. Only positive comments😉�

Wir verbrachten 4 Tage in Padua. Die Kommunikation mit Angela Tedeschini vor der Anreise klappte bestens. Die Ankunft war herzlich und wegen der genauen Beschreibung der Parksituation unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und vollständig und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Den kleinen Innenhof nutzten wir täglich zum Frühstücken und abends fürs Abendessen oder ein letztes Gläschen Wein. Die Lage der Wohnung im Zentrum zwischen Piazza del Valle und der Basilica di Sant'Antonio ist ideal. Außerden befindet sich eine Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle (z.B. zur Cappella degli Strovegni) direkt vor der Tür. Trotzdem ist die Wohmung ruhig und es lässt sich nach anstrengenden Stadttouren gut schlafen. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

Große gut ausgestattete Wohnküche, neues kleines Bad, tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum. Allerdings etwas lautes Schlafzimmer, da viele Busse vor der Wohnung verkehren. Sehr nette Vermieterin.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement très bien équipé et climatisé. La petite cour est agréable le soir notamment . L'accueil d'Angela et son mari a été formidable. L'appartement est situé dans le centre historique de Padoue, à deux pas de la cathédrale et du Prato. Nous sommes allés en train à Venise de Padoue ce qui est très pratique et bon marché grâce aux trains régionaux et permet d'éviter les frais de parking élevés de Venise. We stayed at Casa Ninetta for 4 nights earlier this month (May 2017) and enjoyed it very much. The apartment, though small, is full of light, thoughtfully set up, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Though we had a lot of rain during our stay, we still managed to enjoy the patio. Our communications with Angela were quick and cordial. She provides a annotated map of the immediate area, so that you can quickly know where to buy you morning bread, etc. Padova is a great town for walking, but the tram is also an easy way to get around and it stops very close to the apartment. We highly recommend Casa Ninetta.

We stayed three nights at Casa Ninetta and we enjoyed it very much. It is 2 minute-walk from Basilica of Saint Anthony and Piazza Prato della Valle. It is also very close to the heart of Padua and the tram for the railway station stops 50 m from the house door. The apartment has a safebox which is small for a laptop but enough for iPads and other valuables. The owner is very kind and helpful and you can see that she cares very much about her guests. The communication with her was perfect from the booking to the departure. The apartment is best suited for 3 people or 2 adults with 2 little children. Although we haven't cooked, it has all you need to prepare your meals and enjoy it on its nice private terrace. If you have a light sleep, consider bringing earplugs (this is valid almost everywhere in Italy): the bus, tram and cleaning trucks can be noisy early morning and the front door is very audible from the sleeping room (but the residents are very quiet and we haven't experienced any problem with it). Since the apartment is located at the beginning of the controlled traffic zone (ZTL in Italian), you cannot park there, but you have plenty of free parking lots 10-minute walk from the apartment. You can easily leave your car close to the apartment to drop your luggage. In conclusion, we highly recommend Casa Ninetta and we will definitely consider booking it again for our next stay in Padua.

We've had a very pleasent stay at Casa Ninetta. Before our stay, the contact with Angela was good and fast. She helped us with some restaurant recommendations and other hot spots in town. The living room is small, but comfortable enough and had everything we needed. The bedroom on the other hand is quite big - which was nice. The patio is also a plus. The appartment was well stocked, and had many folders of Padua. It is also on a great spot - everything is in walking distance. On check-out she was very flexible (thanks again!). Overall a wonderfull stay!

The apartment is really lovely, beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. We loved the courtyard which provides a great private and quiet outside space. It is in a great location with everything accessible by foot or tram (the tram stop is less than a minute from the apartment). Angela made the booking process really easy and was quick to respond to all our questions. We really enjoyed our few days in Padua, it's a beautiful and relaxed place with lots to do and see. I would highly recommend both the apartment and Padua to anyone looking for a relaxing and interesting holiday break.

This is a really lovely 1 bed apartment with fabulous terrace. The location is excellent and my host lent me her bike for my stay which was very kind. It can be a little noisy with the trams at first but you become used to it quite quickly and they stop during the night, but they are also very useful for getting around. I would definitely recommend for both single travellers and couples, a perfect base for your travels.

Angela was very easy to communicate with both via internet and in Padova. The apartment is ideally located to visit both the city and public transport for further afield trips. Everything is within easy walking distance. The courtyard is a bonus and the apartment is beautiful. The little added extras, information guides and books made the apartment feel very homely. Our stay began with Angela meeting us at the tram stop and guiding us to her apartment. A very clean and a well furnished appointed apartment with a lovely outside courtyard which we used to eat our evening meal. Angela showed us around the apartment, answered our many questions on Padua. We also appreciated her assistance when we had a little difficulty and quickly came round to sort out our concern. A wonderful place to stay, close to public transport, easy walking to most main attractions, and the description on the website is accurate. Better than the pictures, really! Great location on the south side of town. Tram stop just outside the door. Very safe area and safe, quiet building. Angela was a perfect host. She met us, showed us around the apartment, gave tips for going out and then left us her number in case we needed anything. She even gave us the best way to get from Venice to Padova. It could sometimes be noisy from motor cycles going by but it never bothered us and it was quiet at night. Definitely recommend. There was even coffee and tea, even though a nice little place was around the corner.

We spent a week at Casa Ninetta in Padua. This was the best part of our Italian vacation. The apartment allowed us to unpack and feel at home. We prepared several meals a day. Padua has great markets and bakeries nearby. Angela met us at the Santo tram stop; this tram stop as well as bus stops are just a minute or so from your front door. We walked to most of the areas that we visited in Padua. Angela gave us an orientation of the area and answered all our questions. Previously, she promptly answered some inquires that I had prior to booking.
