We wanted to go to New Orleans and Orange Beach. This was a perfect mid-point to do all that we needed to do. The house has all that we needed and the shed has most of the amenities that you need to go to the beach!! Most people on this coast line do not use pop up tents like we do on the Texas, so make sure that you have a big umbrella for shade.

This is a beautiful property, just a short walk to the beach. We visited here after a last minute cancellation by another VRBO owner, and thank God they canceled! Our first communication with Natalie was great, and it only got better. The house is a little dated and needs some repairs but nothing that got in the way of our vacation. Comfortable accommodations, and VERY clean. The back yard is amazing - it's an oasis. This town is a gem. It's friendly, beautiful and the beaches are fantastic. We will most definitely be back!

It doesn't get much better than this short walk to Bay St Louis's uncrowded beach and proximity to Main St for strolling around town and grabbing some oysters. The perfect weekend getaway!

There is no view of beach and the walk is more like 10-15 minutes not 2.

Very cute house, lots of room. It is exceptionally large And fenced in. Short walk to the beach whilel we did not use the kayaks that were provided, we did use the bicycles to go over to Old Towne BSL We will definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

The house was very clean and plenty of room for me and my family. The neighborhood was quiet which was nice for just lounging around outside late in the evening. Very short walk to the beach and is in very close proximity to some great restaurants. We will definitely be going back at our next opportunity.

Great backyard. Not as close to beach as we usually have. Enjoyed the local seafood places.

Space was perfect. Lovely home. Really liked that bikes and kayaks were available for use although bikes were not all in working order which was disappointing since we are a family of five. Will recommend to others. Thank you!

The home was very nice and large enough for everyone. The kids loved having their own room with the bunkbeds. The backyard was an added bonus with the large oak trees and lots of grass. A very peaceful atmosphere after beach and sun. My family took full advantage of the available kayaks and the bikes. The city did a great job adding the paved bike/walking path all along the coast. This will definitely be on our list of places to stay in the future.

My daughters and their families joined us for a long weekend stay close to the beach. This house was perfect for us. The fully equipped kitchen ended up being one of our main areas to gather, because we love to cook. The outside seating and grilling area was another. The grandsons had a blast being able to run and play in the spacious back yard. The house was beautifully decorated and very cozy. It was also big enough that we were not on top of each other all weekend. The hosts made it very easy to check in and check out and were always very prompt to respond to messages sent to them. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to others.

Excellent place to stay with good location to the beach and downtown

We loved the charm and feel of the house. It is exactly like the pictures. We immediately felt at home! The yard is huge and gorgeous! The location was perfect. We will need to come back to take full advantage of everything the property and Bay S. Louis have to offer. The Roys were great to work with!

The house had every amenity needed that most don't think of when taking a trip. Its location to the beach was great as well as being just a few short blocks from many excellent restaurants overlooking the ocean. The house itself was a perfect size for my parents, wife, and three children. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

The house was clean and had all the amenities one would need for a four-day stay. The backyard is large with fruit trees and beautiful oaks.The property owner was so nice and a pleasure to work with. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much and we look forward to taking another trip to Bay St. Louis in the near future and we will book this house for our stay.

The house is absolutely wonderful but the yard surpasses the house. There is plenty of room for children and adults as the house actually can accommodate ten people with plenty of room to spare. The kitchen is not just a galley, plenty of room to move and well stock with cookware, utensils, and plates, cups, etc. The walk to the beach is pleasant or you can take one of the many bicycles for a quicker trip. Everything you need for fun on the beach is supplied.

Kayaks to use, bikes to ride, beach toys for the kids. All with in walking distance of the beach. Good times had by all

We had another wonderful stay at this comfortable, kid friendly, and superbly located cottage, in Bay St. Louis. The owners are very easy to communicate with and the house is well stocked with all the necessities. We especially appreciated the bicycles available to us, since the town is so cyclist friendly.

We visited Bay St. Louis from 06/14/2017 through 06/19/2017 and stayed at this property. My 5 year old son picked this home because it had a bunk bed - that sealed the deal - no negotiation, end of story. We had visited Waveland/Bay St. Louis previously and enjoyed the area, so we wanted to go back. Home is very nice and very clean. Owners seemed to have thought of everything as there is an adjacent shed that contains beach toys, umbrellas, etc., to allow visitors to use. They also have a couple of kayaks, but with two small kids, we did not opt to use them. Owners are attentive and encourage phone calls for the opportunity to fix any issues that arise. We had absolutely no issues at all. The owner did phone the morning of the day we were scheduled to arrive to get an ETA. They wanted to make sure we had ample propane for the grill, which we did end up using during the week to cook freshly caught Redfish. We had four adults and two kids and we had plenty of room. The beach is within walking distance of the property, but if you have a lot of gear, it is easier to haul it in a vehicle. Beach is outstanding and we have never seen it crowded, which is nice. There aren't big waves in the water, as you are in a bay, and it is somewhat shielded, so it isn't like the Gulf further east or the Atlantic/Pacific oceans. That being said, it is definitely a wonderful beach to visit. We had previously chosen this location given its proximity to New Orleans, and we generally keep a day open during vacations to visit - It is an easy drive. There are convenience stores fairly close and a couple of grocery stores to pick up anything you may need. This was a wonderful stay for us and we thank the owners for allowing us to use their home for our vacation. If you are thinking of a Gulf Coast vacation, this property is fantastic!
