The place was ok, at least had a fridge, a place to sit outside in the afternoon sun.

The bedding was dated. The place was dark and cold, the shower is awkward and cold. The place was way too lonely and quiet. Not visible staff in an office where guests could correspond to after hours in the early evening. The breakfast doesn't have war food, such as egg and bacon, sausage which my guests would have expected.

It is so beautiful- you get the Safari experience in the middle of the city.

The stay was pleasant. The staff is friendly and tried to assist us where they can. Even allowed us to check out after the check out time.

The stay was pleasant with two downsides. The air-con did not work properly and the wifi is poor. I booked this place based on the ratings, especially the wifi. But in this case, the wifi did not work most of the times. It made calling my wife and kids difficult.

Good quality for the price in a quiet location in Windhoek. Walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy and a nice restaurant (Joe's beerhouse). Spacious and clean room, good breakfast. You can park you car safely inside the gate. We had our own little terrace and there is a small communal pool.

There is some room for improvement in managing this place. I booked this guesthouse because we arrived with an early flight and you could check in from 11h. I said that we wanted to check in between 11h and 12h and got a confirmation that the room would be ready by that time. We arrived at 12h10 but room was not ready so we had to wait for about 40 minutes. I paid with my card on check-out, but apparently a mistake had been made and I received the money on my card in stead of paying it. Tried to solve it during our trip in Namibia but got lots of conflicting messages (wrong bank account numbers etc). Only solution was to travel to this place again before leaving Namibia and do the payment again. Bit of a hassle.

The staff are absolute gems, we felt totally looked after and welcomed. The facilities are very good, secure parking, lovely pool and nice sitting out areas. Good bathrooms and lots of hot water for the shower. Breakfast was great 👍 The property is in a quiet location not far from Joe's Brewhouse (2 min drive)..Highly recommended.

Nothing... would just say you need anti mosquito spray to sit out in the evening...I didn't use it one night and paid the price with many bites so be warned !

We decided on this guest house as it was close to Joe's Beer garden, a place I wanted to introduce to my Netherland friends who were touring with me. We walked there and back. Good comfy rooms, with cool drinks in fridges. Very nice garden area.

There was confusion of our booking, and after calling the manager we received 2 rooms. I assumed I paid via booking.com, as I had a proof of payment, but seems it was only an account check. Had to pay the next morning, and I felt bad for the lady as I had to inspect my bank statement.
